Kenrick was awesome, very responsive and did a thorough, professional job. I appreciated how communicative he was the day of our appointment. We moved into a home that desperately needed duct cleaning and probably hadn't been cleaned at all by previous owners, which was causing uneven airflow. Another HVAC company quoted us a couple grand to clean the vents, which sounded ridiculous to us. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this company via Facebook and they quoted us a couple hundred bucks for 3000 sq ft - and most importantly, they stuck to that price! Now the air flow is improved and we can breathe easy. As an added bonus, Kenrick also cleaned our laundry dryer vent, which we weren't even expecting. 10/10

Kenrick was such a nice guy, I was so Leary about having this done and he eased my mind and explained as he was going along and why he was using the whip vs the bush. Had all my duct vents and returns done, as well as my dryer vent. Showed me several different videos of before, during, and after. Very professional, very clean, will definitely be saving the number to call again, when it’s time to do it again. 10 out of 10!! Thank you!

Kenrick recently did some regular maintenance cleaning in the vents of my entire house. Not only did he clean everything exceptionally but he also sent videos and pictures assuring the quality of his work. Kenrick is also one of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever met. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service from Duct Cleaning Corp, especially from Kenrick, the owner. My pet rabbit squeezed through a floor vent and disappeared, leading to a frustrating experience with another HVAC company that left me with a hefty bill and no solution. Calling Duct Cleaning Corp was a game-changer. Kenrick arrived with a positive attitude and spent hours devising a plan to locate my bunny. His thoroughness and persistence were remarkable, and even after five hours of searching without success, he offered helpful suggestions for me to try.

When the smell from the vents became unbearable days later, I called Kenrick back. He returned without hesitation, spending almost four more hours searching until we finally found my rabbit. He immediately cleaned out the vents again using enzymes to eliminate the odor.

Kendrick came by our house fairly last minute, same day, to clear a severely clogged dryer duct (we're talking an old hornet's nest as a result of the duct not being used for a decade). After hiring Kenrick for my dryer vent cleaning, I also hired him for cleaning the HVC vents in my home. His work was extremely thorough & meticulous. He took time and care to clean each and every vent, and took interior pictured to show me how those vents looked before and after cleaning. His price is very reasonable and competitive.

I called Shamrock CHIMNEY for an inspection before winter and I’m glad I did. They found a small issue I didn’t even know about and fixed it before it became expensive. Very professional team 🔥

Do not call or schedule this company. Not only have I confirmed my appointment that day prior to my missed appointment but I contacted the office when I got home at the beginning of my appointment window to duble check. Wasted a half day off. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago to ensure I was home and avaliable. Total disappointment, amd waste of time. If you valve your time pick any other company!!!

Would recommend! They were wonderful to work with. Patrick came to give us a quote and then got started that same day! He was so hardworking with his partner, especially in the extreme heat. We are so appreciative to be ready for the fall/winter season.

I needed a chimney rebuilt. Guys came out and matched an earlier offer and told me they could start tomorrow. Promised water proofing and thorough cleanup after the job. They did the chimney which looked okay, but never waterproofed it and left rubble all over the area which I had to clean up myself. Do yourself a favor and hire local people whom you can connect and follow up with. These Shamrock people are unscrupulous and just take your money and run. There is no customer service or follow up. They didn't even try to fix the problem.

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were there. Highly recommend.

I sought chimney sweep services through Angi; one of the recommended companies was Shamrock, who promptly contacted me. I made two separate, successive reservations for chimney sweep services with them and each time I had to take time off from work to ensure I was home during the scheduled window. Each time, I called several minutes prior to the start of the service window to see whether there was a better ETA and each time I was assured the techs were on schedule and would contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Each time Shamrock eventually called (well into the service window) to inform me the techs were unavailable. (Perhaps foolishly, I had rescheduled the first missed appointment, only to be disappointed again). They may eventually do a good job when they are finally on site, but I wouldn't know and don't appreciate missing work for no reason. Based on my experience, I recommend you find someone else who is more reliable.
