Amazing company! We needed our dryer vent cleaned out. On my initial phone call as I was explaining the issues we were seeing Doug talked me through what was likely happening and gave me pointers regardless of who ended up helping us. I was more than happy to pay the travel charge for them to come to Utah county to be able to support such an awesome business. Max and Rome were able to come the same day within a couple hours of my scheduling the visit. Very professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Doug and his team are absolutely amazing. They do stellar work and explain everything they are doing. If you need duct cleaning these guys are the only ones you want to consider. They even came out a few months later to clean out our dryer vents due to snow issues the first time they came out. THAT IS SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! keep up the great work guys.

They were able to fit me in quickly and showed up when they said they would and called 30 minutes before arriving. The tech was very nice but could have been more gentle with my furnace. Ducts weren't very dirty so I feel like I probably didn't need the service, but that's not their problem

My home is almost 30 years old. The Vents have never been cleaned. We are animal lovers so that comes with a lot of hair. I have been putting this off because I was too embarrassed to have anybody come into the house and actually see how bad the dust problem is but knew it needed to be done ASAP because the air quality had gotten bad and I'm tired of sneezing.
Their pricing is very competitive with others in the same market.

Professional and prompt. Called and was told they could be out the next day, received a call the same afternoon asking if they could come out same day! James was extremely professional and proficient at his work and all interactions with me. He went over everything he was doing and at the end showed us how his work improved the efficiency of our dryer. Extremely friendly and helpful as well! Next time we need any duct cleaning done I will be calling Beehive!

Doug’s team did a great job cleaning my vents and HVAC. The previous owners never did any vent maintenance, I needed a very deep clean. They showed me before and after pictures & informed me how bad the dryer vent was where I was only push I got 4 mph on the dryer when I should be much higher at 19. Didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either. My only problem was when I originally reached out to schedule my appointment it wasn’t saved, so no one showed up when I cleared my schedule. I called Doug during the time they were supposed to show up and he was very apologetic, as it was an honest mistake. However, it did cause some doubt for the rescheduled date, which prompted me to call in the morning & make sure it did it happen again.

James and JJ came out this week to do our dryer vent cleaning. They are personable, polite and fastidious in their work and they explain everything. We’ve been using Beehive for four years now, since we bought our townhouse, and I have always been pleased with their work. Recommend!!

Thanks to Doug for great communication on the phone about our clogged dryer vent, and to James for coming on time and cleaning it out quickly. Both were positive and professional. We have a vertical vent that goes up to the lower roof (not ideal). But James had no problem clearing it and the dryer works so much better (it dries twice as fast now). We'll definitely call them again in the future!

Best price (I shopped around) for a roof dryer vent cleaning. Quick work (20 minutes tops) and on time. 3 crew members come to help keep it safe and quick. My vent was only putting out 3 mph and now it is 14. Thank you!

I called Doug to get my dryer vents cleaned. I have two. He assessed and repaired both dryer vent attachments and checked the air flow before cleaning them and checking the air flow again. He was very thorough and willing to do whatever it took to make sure both vents were performing to the best of their abilities. He was honest and really open about what he recommended. He didn’t try to up sell me on anything. We started talking about other services he offered and he didn’t try to make another sell. He just informed me. I would definitely use him again for any of his services. He is efficient and fairly priced.

We had just moved in to our new house and found that the dryer duct line was blocked with a build up of dryer lint. When we called Beehive Duct Cleaning, they were very accommodating, punctual and great to work with. They had the ability to use a camera scope to diagnose a disconnection at the exterior wall which will require some drywall work which they don’t do. They offered to come back for free after I had someone re attach the vent to make sure any left over debris is fully cleared.

Doug was professional, on time and a nice person. My dryer wasn’t drying properly, and he cleaned out the dryer vent twice to assure proper air flow. Happy that the dryer now takes one hour rather than two per heavy load. I highly recommend Doug’s services.

Doug was exceptional. He provided and quality service that I would highly recommend to anyone. Our dryer vent is about 20 feet above the ground, winds its way through the attic making several turns and then down to the first floor. It was stuffed full of lint and bird nests and the air was barely moving through it. Doug work tirelessly 20 feet in the air until the dryer vent was flowing at over 3 times the volume than when he started. Amazing! If you want a quality job at a fair price, call Beehive.
