This is a ‘real’ duct cleaning company.
Oddly when I search for companies they are not on the list of duct cleaning search in google. That should be fixed! Stick with a real company. Due to my allergies, I have to make sure. other companies make the air worse. It’s true. Research!!!

This was a very rare experience for me, one which I have experienced only once before several decades ago.
Last week my clothes dryer stopped working. When the repair man opened it, he found lint ALL OVER, and immediately said that I needed to have the duct cleaned.
I asked who he recommended and he said Beehive Duct Cleaning, so I called them right away and scheduled for today.
Then as the repair man got further into the machine he said I may not need a duct cleaning after all, as he found the connection to the duct had come loose, which was causing all the lint to accumulate around the dryer. I told him I had already scheduled, and he said if it had been awhile since it was cleaned that it would be a good idea to have it done today.
So Beehive showed up today, they turned on the dryer, checked the outside vent, and told me that the mph was OK and I didn't need a cleaning after all. I told him I of course would pay them for the tri[p here, which to my astonishment they flatly declined, indicating that they only expected pay for work done, and since they did no work for me, there would be no charges.
Anyone who would turn down money under such circumstances is rare, and I'm betting reflects the quality of their work. I almost would welcome a plugged duct so I could call on them again. So, of course I would highly recommend them.

James and Sandra were amazing to work with. They came and assessed all vents before working, and talked me through all the options and things they were seeing. They were extremely friendly, and overall held a great service experience. I will definitely use them again.

I scheduled Beehive Duct Cleaning to clean out my dryer vent because I noticed my dryer wasn’t performing as effectively as before. They confirmed with me again the day before, and sent me a text the day of to let me know when to expect them. They were professional and very clean. I appreciated that they took some extra time to answer all my questions and educate me on best practices. They even noticed some outside vents were cracked and had supplies on hand to fix them for me. I will definitely use them again and I fully and happily recommend them.

An honest and thorough duct cleaning company!

We had reservations paying anyone to clean our ducts after we saw an expose about duct cleaners ripping people off on the news. However after we met, they evaluated our duct system and we got a quote we felt they were honest and thorough.

They did an awesome job cleaning out our system and even identified an abundance of drywall debris (we had done home renovations months earlier).

After the job was done we realized a few days later the furnace wasn’t working. I called Doug and he had a technician from a reputable company out the next day to take care of it. He assured us he would cover the cost of any damage his service may have done.

Luckily it was a simple fix and we had the back up. Doug took care of the bill and we had to do nothing.

Great customer service! I called in to find out information on pricing, Doug was very straight forward & professional. We were able to set a date right away for the cleaning of our air ducts & furnace. Doug & James were very friendly, knowledgeable & just great guys. They did an excellent job & explained everything in detail. The cost was better than quoted over the phone. We also found out they have a sister company- A-Alpha Carpet cleaning. We definitely plan on using them when we get our carpets cleaned as well since they did such a fine job on the air ducts! Thanks guy’s! It’s hard to get good customer service these days and you are the best!

Our dryer didn’t work well, we had to do more than once to dry our clothes. We called Beehive Duct, and James came to clean the dryer vent. After that, our dryer works perfectly! We feel like having a new dryer. He cleans really well, and their service is really friendly and responsive. We definitely use them again for other services in the future.

These guys are great! I was able to schedule a dryer duct cleaning a couple days out and their pricing is straightforward and clear. They were able to come a couple of hours early and in half an hour cleared out our badly clogged duct and our dryer sensors are happy again. We'll have them back to work on our HVAC ducts in the spring.

In short: Beehive Duct Cleaning is the real deal with affordable prices, no upsells, and not a side hustle with home depot tools. They have commercial grade equipment.

Finally an air duct cleaning company that is legitimate and actually does an excellent job! From the moment Sandra and Dylan walked in, I could tell they were the real deal.
They were super professional, communication was excellent, and they explained the process before getting started so I knew what was going to be done.
They were careful with their equipment, wore shoe coverings around the rugs, and weren't rushing to finish the job and move on to the next one.
I loved that they took before and after pictures!

I previously used Purple Air Ducts and they were a joke. They didn't explain the process, used a small shop vac and didn't do any vents on the ceilings. So unfortunately I have this past experience to compare it too.

What a great company to work with. I picked this company due to the great reviews, and they ended up being very accurate. I worked directly with Doug and couldn't have been more pleased. I was easily able to locate his email address right on the website to request the service of my dryer duct being cleaned. He responded very quickly and got me an appointment within the week. He communicated when he was on his way. Once he arrived he was very nice and professional during the service provided. After he even spent some time educating me on what took place, when to have this service done again in the future, and even a random question on what the other ducts were for. Highly recommend.

The two guys that came out to clean my vents plus dryer vent first was right on-time. They both were very polite, professional, friendly and respectful of my home. I loved how they showed me pictures of before and after. Seeing all the crap that came out my dryer vent was insane. I felt bad for the workers that was covered in the stuff. Excellent company! Very professional. They went above and beyond what I expected. I even scheduled them to come back next year. They don't just use a rod attached to a drill to clean out the dryer duct, they use hoses and vacuums. They are the real deal.
