Marco was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did a great job. He cleaned my chimney and fireplace insert and took photos before and after.

All I can say is WOW!!! We've had our woodstove and chimney cleaned 1-2 times every year but nothing like the great job done today by Marco. He takes before /after pictures and videos to show the build up and the final product. On time and affordable. He took the time to explain the issues with my fireplace without overstating the urgency for repairs, which I really appreciated. To top it off, he even brought a treat for my crazy cat! I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and the high quality of their work. My fireplace had not been cleaned the entire time I was living here around 10 years, when Marcos left, he left no mess behind. Fantastic work! My chimney is now ready for a cozy, warm fire. Hire this man! Marco is such a credit to his profession, I couldn't possibly praise him enough on a job well done. Beyond that, having Marco on the job isn't like hiring a stranger, he's like having your best friend who knows how to fix stuff come over, and he's absolutely meticulous, will leave your house clean, and has a real eye for detail. My landlord seemed pleased, and I'm thrilled my fireplace isn't smoking anymore - I finally gave it a test run this week, and it looks (smells) like we're all ready for winter!

My wife and I bought a home that did not come with a dryer vent and fans for 2 bathrooms. Shopped around and ended up going with Karla and Todd and have no regrets. They were able to install all three in about an hour half to two hours. They are a very friendly, great and professional team. Todd and Karla arrived on time, were very professional, great communication, and did an awesome job. They cleaned my entire dryer vent system - from inside the dryer to the outside, and also replaced my bathroom vent and fan motor. Then put new covers on both to keep the birds out. They vacuumed and cleaned up everything before they left and did it all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

They were very quick and thorough. They quickly found the blockage for my dryer vent, fixed the problem and continued with the cleaning. Will definitely book with them again.

Got a new dryer, it showed that my vent air flow was clogged up, Karla and Todd replaced the vent that was installed incorrectly on my roof and cleaned out the vent, all the way to the dryer. It was done professionally and quickly. I highly recommend their business. A+, I'll be using them for routine vent maintenance from now on.

Todd Roberts and associate were remarkably professional in installing the vents and ducts. Todd had to go under the house and crawl underneath a big duct to install the replacement dryer hose. This was a challenging task at best. His associate was skilled and contributed to a flawless project as well. I will tell friends about their professionalism and skills. So glad we chose Ventflow - they vacuumed out debris from our long dryer vent & then used high pressure air to blow out the debris trapped behind the dryer's interior vent holes. Also - our dryer filter had a tear & they said we could replace on Amazon for $16 (manufacturer cost $38). At the end - our laundry room was spotless, and they gifted us 3 wool dryer balls to replace dryer sheets. Very happy & will use them again.

Awesome customer service! I texted them since I needed them to fix my dryer duct as I tried to clean them by myself and the DIY Kit brush stuck inside. Todd came a couple of hours later, checked the duct and helped to remove the brush and clean it. It seems I had a bird nest inside and I wasn't aware of it so he removed it and installed a new cage around the duct exit.

Karla and Todd came on time, were quick, professional, and left no mess. We had 4 townhouse neighbors all plan to get our systems cleaned at once, all with top-floor washers and dryers, which were stacked in closets and impossible to move. They quickly figured out options that would work, and accessed the system through our attics. My neighbors and I appreciate the discount for cleaning multiple units in one location, and I especially appreciate the option to pay by venmo for contactless payment. It was a reasonable cost for the time and effort, and we feel safer having had a major fire hazard risk removed. Thank you!
