This service had changed my life miraculously! Amazing quality. Good customer service. I finally decided to give my dryer some much-needed TLC, and boy, am I glad I did! The difference it made is incredible.

The technicians arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They explained the entire cleaning process to me, which put my mind at ease.
They started by removing all the lint and debris from the dryer vent and exhaust ducts. I was amazed at how much buildup had accumulated over time.

Ventflow cleaned our dryer vents today and did an amazing job! It was fascinating to see them work in tandem and clean everything from the pipes to the dryer itself. It was shocking to see the blanket of lint that they pulled out of the inside of the dryer and note that some of it looked singed. We were likely very close to having a house fire from our dryer. Todd and Karla are very professional, thorough, and explained every step of the process that they would do on our first call. We hired them and they did every thing they described and didn’t leave a lingering trace of lint behind them! We were amazed at the process and very grateful that we chose them. We will definitely be utilizing them again without hesitation for regular dryer vent cleaning. Most people don’t think about their dryers and the venting system until it’s too late. The Ventflow owners arrived on time, assessed the state of my dryer vent system in the attic, thoroughly cleaned out the entire length of the duct, and made recommendations for improving the system layout. I highly recommend them for dryer vent cleaning.

We needed our house heating vents and ducts cleaned so looked up a local cleaning service and found VentFlow nearby. Todd and Karla came out and were very professional and friendly. Todd had to haul some heavy equipment to the back of the house to gain access to the heater. No problem. They were very thorough cleaning every vent and ductwork. We also had them clean the dryer vent even though there was no access to it from the outside (it's under the deck). They said when I can gain access to the vent to give them a call and they will come back out to inspect it. But they did a great job cleaning it from the dryer side anyway. Afterwards the went through the entire house with a vacuum cleaner making sure it was cleaner than when they arrived. Their rates were very reasonable too. We definitely will be using Todd and Karla again the next time we need our vents cleaned.

This company and team is amazing!! They got my stacked dryer and washer combo out of a very tight spot easily so that they could focus on the task at hand which was clean my very dirty dryer and reattach my venting. They diagnosed my challenges, and even found ones from my first installers and fixed those at no charge. They are extremely knowledgeable, showed me what was wrong, fixed it, and left everything in better shape than it was previously. And they did it on time and at fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

After a small fiasco with me trying to get the lint out of our dryer myself, I realized I needed pros and got in touch with Ventflow; my goodness I’m so glad I did! They were quick, professional, explained everything, and very reasonably priced! I did laundry for the first time since Friday, and my clothes are dried before the washer is done! I don’t think that has happened since we bought it about 5 years ago! I will definitely use them again!

This is the 2nd time I've used Ventflow's dryer vent cleaning service and I've been very happy with their work each time. Todd and Karla (owners) got here right on time and immediately got to work. We have a longer than normal vent run from the laundry room to the outside vent but they were able to clean it with no problem. They cleaned and inspected everything and then tested the dryer to be sure it was operating correctly. I highly recommend Ventflow!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communication was easy. They were transparent and fair with pricing, showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job. Moving forward this is the only company we will use to service our commercial dryers.

1.) Scheduling was easy. And there's actually a person that answers the phone and knows the details of the service!
2.) They are very upfront about their costs. No up-selling. What they said it was going to cost was what I paid. The price is fair for what they did!
3.) They came when they said they would. And half an hour early! I didn't have to waste my whole day waiting.
4.) Super professional and communicated what they did and what they saw. They even took before and after pictures.
5.) Very clear with their instructions on how to prep the space and area before they came.
6.) They did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning out the dryer and vent. No cutting corners or rushing. They even cleaned up all the lint that had been collecting for years outside the vent!

Very rare these days to find a company that does all the above! I am so glad I found them and will be telling everyone about them!

Great company. I had my dryer vent cleaned and had the outside covers for the vents replaced. I've had this service done by other companies and I can tell you you that Ventflow did a much better job. I would absolutely recommend them.

Ventflow was absolutely incredible with handling a very unique vent issue we had. Not only did we have a damaged air vent, but a bird infestation in that vent that many companies didn’t want to touch! They came and handled the bird situation humanely and with great care, then cleaned and sanitized everything, AND rebuilt/fixed the broken part of the vent. I was amazed at their willingness to help and their work ethic. Just like other reviews—communication is easy and direct, price was quoted and fair, they were on time, efficient and so pleasant to work with! Can’t recommend them enough!

Had our dryer vent cleaned, three bathroom fans replaced, and some new covers installed on our vents to prevent birds. Todd and Mark were on time, communicative, and professional! Todd and Karla came out to perform a much needed dryer vent cleaning, and they did an excellent job. My roof vent hood was completely clogged with lint and blocked, but they replaced it with a new and more efficient one. They were extremely detail oriented and took the time to clearly explain what was happening and why the old hood wasn’t functioning properly, which had caused the lint buildup. Todd even showed me photos throughout the process and included them in the invoice so I could see exactly what was done and understand each step. They’re not only professional, but just really honest and genuine people.

Ventflow was fantastic and really saved me from what could have been catastrophic damage caused by an underpowered and poorly installed bathroom fan. After a few bouts of leaking from the exhaust fan, I called Ventflow. Following a quick five-minute phone call and the exchange of a handful of images from my attic and bathroom, we had a plan of attack and an appointment scheduled.

The team showed up perfectly on time, removed the offending, soaking-wet fans and ducting, and even checked the roof to clear out insulation that didn’t belong there. They were punctual, communicated clearly, cleaned up thoroughly, didn’t mind my dog barking at them, and explained everything they were doing. They also gave me some great advice on other DIY things I can do to keep the ducts and house in good shape.

The price was exactly what I was quoted (even though one of the installs was a bit more complicated than it should have been), and they spent extra time cleaning up insulation that had fallen out of the attic. I 100% recommend Ventflow and would absolutely use them again if anything came up.

My dryer had been getting too hot without fully drying my clothes, and Ventflow was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Even though we discovered at the time of the visit that my dryer venting system was longer than standard, they had all of the necessary equipment and experience to make sure they cleaned out all of the ducting and the dryer. They were professional and on time, and I appreciated that they had detailed answers to my questions about the service. They even recommended actions that I can take to avoid a similar situation, beyond the regular dryer system maintenance.

Dryer set up for exhaust.

Our furnace went out after some construction debris killed the motor/fan. We had our furnace replaced and needed our ducts cleaned ASAP. Sonic Air Duct answered my call, was professional, up front about the cost and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They sent one technician on the day of scheduled cleaning who showed up on time, was respectful, kind and worked quickly but efficiently. He took photos and showed me the before and after - it was extensive cleaning! Thank you! I'm glad I called Sonic Air Duct, would use their services again and would recommend.
