Ventflow did a great job. I had a significant list of things I wanted done. Todd thought it might take more than one day, but they got it all done in one day, including a little extra I requested at the end. Afterword a detailed breakdown of the work performed was provided along with a set of pictures and some recommendations.

Todd came out and took a look at my dryer vent and found a couple of issues he fixed immediately. He explained every step of the way sharing what they were looking for and what would prevent air flowing freely. Very fair price for the amount of time spent here. Company was very responsive in setting up an appointment and communicated reminders and how far out they were. I would highly recommend Ventflow! They will be my go to in the futrue.

We called Todd at Ventflow as a referral didn't come to Renton anymore. We had had issues with our dryer vent for 18 years. He was on time, friendly, discussed options, gave us estimate. Finally duct repaired for good and he cleaned it too. Highly recommend this gentleman for your duct issues.

I had a good experience with this company. Todd came out and did what I couldn't when I tried. He cleaned out all kinds of stuff from my vent and now my dryer works allot faster. He had some interesting tools and showed me what his process was He was otherwise in and out with out disturbing us and left the place clean. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very happy with our experience. We had a bird nest in our exhaust vent and once the bird family left, needed it cleaned out and sanitized. We have a difficult slope to reach the window, but they tackled it no problem. Very professional and efficient service. Great communication as well!

I love this company and their work! Wow! I just have to say I am beyond impressed with their work and their professionalism in their business and their work! I was having little issues with our dryer not really drying our clothes all the way and we just bought this dryer a month ago. So then I figured ok maybe the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. So I call them up and when they came out they found that our vent flap was stuck and wasn’t opening for proper ventilation and they took care of that and cleared out our entire vent piping and now our dryer is able to work like a dream and dry our clothes with no issues! I truly would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their dryer vents cleaned or any of their other services. They are the real professionals and I’m so glad I chose them A+++ Thank you!

This is the second time we used Ventflow. Initially we used them when we first purchased our house as the home inspection came back with the recommendation. They did an excellent job on the initial service and this time was no exception. It is always good to have the dryer vents checked and cleaned from time to time as the lint buildup can cause a fire hazard as well as mold growth due to trapped humidity. Todd from Ventflow came out and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our dryer also now seems to dry the load faster which was explained due to better flow efficiencies as there isn't anything blocking the air now. I will definitely go with them again as they were quick, well priced and was accommodating with my busy schedule.

We just moved into this older home which vents were never cleaned. We had a well known duct cleaning company do our vents and they did not do a good job nor did they finish cleaning the dryer vent. That other company said they will call me back to finish the dryer vent since their tool broke. Well they never called me back even after I called them a few times. Well long story short I suspect that company ran away after they either broke our vent or did not know how to clean our dryer vent since the home had a unusual makeshift venting tube in a very tight space.

Ventflow owner/technician Todd found the problem and provided us with solutions. We are so happy that we now can use our dryer! Two weeks we waited on that other well known company. Todd with Ventflow was able to clean and fix to perfection in a matter of hours. Now this is good business. One which I can trust! TRUST IS A BIG DEAL. Ventflow is a company I TRUST!

Installed new dryer vent in a few hours. Amazing.

Today, I had Todd from Vent Flow company to clean the vent of my dryer. I called him this morning at 10:00 AM and in 1 hour, he was at my house to start his work. He is very professional. He knows what he does, and he cleaned up all the dust from my dryer. After he was completed his job, he stayed for some time to help me clean my washer and explained to me how and when my washer needs to drain water at the bottom. I will certainly hire him again as I have hired him for the past 10 years.

They were super efficient, kind, clean and prompt. I’m a hair stylist and we have to get our dryer vents cleaned every 6 months. So I know how important it is. This was for my new townhome and the previous owners I could tell never did this. I also loved the fact it was a man/woman duo and they offered the option to tip. It really shows they care about their employees and that the employees care about their work. Of course tipping is always optional but if it’s a job well done and you’re like me, I’m more than happy to do that. Thanks again! Will be using again in future.

Cant recommend them enough. We utilized Ventflow for Duct/ HVAC cleaning after our client suffered a water loss in their home. They were prompt with communication and on time and went above and beyond to assist our client with their services. We will continue using them for our future clients needs as well as referring them.

Ventflow did a great job in cleaning our dyer vents. I contacted them on Monday and they came out the next day so they are great at communicating. They cleaned both the inside and outside of my dryer vent. I am not sure when the last time it was cleaned but they did it very efficiently and smoothly. Also, I appreciated that they were straightforward with pricing and it did not ever change. The whole process was also covid safe as they made sure to wear masks inside and outside.

We also had them install some bathroom exhaust fans because ours had just broke. Without even having seen the old fan area and the new fan Todd was able to install the fan without any problem. They also made sure to clean each area where they worked. I would recommend them to not only clean your vents but even do a bathroom exhaust fan installation as there aren't that many places that you can call to do so.

We were having an issue with our dryer vent- I called Ventflow and was able to get an appointment within just a few days. They texted ahead of time to let us know they were on their way, came with masks and shoe covers, and did an excellent (and quick!) job. From scheduling the appointment all the way through the actual work they were professional and very easy to work with. This family owned business is amazing. I had no idea who to call when I moved into my 40 year old mobile home but I was worried about the fire hazard of dusty dryer vent pipes, etc. Also my home smelled very musty. I had no idea what having my duct work professionally cleaned would do for my home. The musty smell is gone. They did such a thorough job, very professional and knowledgeable. They also applied a deodorizer and all I smell now is fresh air. While they were here I asked them about my new thermostat and they were able to install and test it. Great people, great service!

This small family business made scheduling easy. When they inspected my dryer vent system, which was admittedly a bad design. They proposed a redesigned vent system for a very reasonable cost. Now my dryer runs better than ever. Even a big load of towels gets nice and dry on one cycle!

I postponed getting my vent dryer duct system repaired/ replaced because I couldn't find a reliable company for a long time. I was going to the laundromat for over a year. I called many companies but very few will go in the crawlspace where my dryer vent duct system is. The one service company agreed to go in the crawlspace was a handy man service and I was afraid that he is not an expert on vent ducts system. Other companies I contacted was giving me ridiculous quotes solely by what I think was the problem and without going to the crawlspace to see. I got a wide range of quotes. After browsing and researching from FB group I came across Ventflow Dryer Vent service company , owned and run by Todd and Karla , husband and wife team. It was smooth transaction from making the appointment to completion of the job. Todd and Karla was quickly responsive to all my questions. They completed the job throughly today and I am so excited to do my washing at home again. Todd and Karla are very knowledgeable and expert in what they do. They were easy to talk to. They cleaned up afterwards and they are just good people. Most importantly they did not try to sell me other things. Fee of service is very reasonable. I will be calling them again for service and maintenance in the future.
