Wow! Called on Monday and was able to have an inspection and cleaning of a wood pellet stove the same week. Tobey and Wes are professional and kind. They arrived early, did a FANTASTIC job inspecting, cleaning and repairing the fireplace. Answered all my questions, which provided great peace of mind regarding the usage of the system. Highly recommend the Chimney Specialists. Will be calling next year for sure.

Great company! Very honest and made it very clear that they were not going to create more work than needed. I got a previous quote for the same work but three times more from another company. They have your best interest at hand and came out to complete services quickly.

I had such an amazing experience with this company. I am new to having wood burning stoves and fireplaces in my home. They conducted the inspections and cleaning efficiently. Afterwards, they answered all of my questions about my stove and fireplace and even walked me through proper use and maintenance.

My apartment complex hired this company to come in and clean our chimneys and fireplaces. They were polite, professional, and quick. Jason was very thorough and they even asked if they should remove their shoes before entering my apartment. Very thoughtful.

Toby and Zach communicated their arrival, were forthright about what needed done (after mixed messaging from two previous companies), and provided recommendations for future maintenance without being pushy. On top of that they got the job done quickly & efficiently - clearly a well-oiled machine that comes from years of working together. Will be utilizing their services again!

$200 for 5 minutes of work, give me break! They literally ran a brush up my stove pipe and vacuumed out my firebox. They were nice enough to throw in a replacement fire brick for "free."

Had these guys come out to inspect and clean my stove pipe because it had back drafted twice and as the old saying goes, "If you play with fire you're going to get burned." Those 2 backdrafts eventually were attributed to wind, but I would rather be safe than sorry and thought it best to have a professional opinion. I've always swept my own stove pipe and always burn well seasoned wood.

They did sweep the pipe, but there was no "inspection." I thought they would at least disassemble the pipe enough to get a visual of the inside condition but there was none of that. Also was expecting them to at least check the section of the pipe that comes through the attic but that didn't happen either. I gave them a break about getting up on the roof do to it being frosty, but there ought to be some sort of work around.

The sweepers were nice (could smell what I thought was alcohol on one of them), but their "service" was a complete waste of money.

I hate to be so curt, but it is what it is.

I was on a tight schedule to remove an old wood stove from a house I just bought, and they were very accommodating and did a great job removing the stove and chimney. Thanks so much! Would definitely recommend.

These guys did a great job! They were timely and professional. They gave me a written list of what was in good shape on my chimney and my fireplace, and also what needed to be fixed. They also let me know whether it needed to be fixed immediately, or could wait until spring. I am recommending these guys to anyone with a chimney.

The concrete crown on top of our chimney needed to be replaced and Brian H and Brent did an amazing job! They are very hard working, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend them!

The staff that come out for the services are very friendly, respectful, on time, and communicate what is going on and suggest what should be looked at or addressed. Collin and Jason did a great job! They were on-time, very professional, went the extra mile with some helpful observations and recommendations regarding both our fire place chimney and also another chimney that was used for venting some other appliances.

Very professional and friendly. Called to say they could come earlier than my appointment time. And we’re here exactly the time they said. Only took about 30 min for all cleaning and inspection. Even told me best way to start the fires and best way to make my stove run the best. I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle and Jason came out to do a water leak test and inspection on my chimney. They were able to easily identify the problem area. After inspecting the chimney they told me the areas that would eventually need work. I appreciate them not trying to oversell work that doesn’t need to be done right now. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend and use The Chimney Specialists again.

Felt more confident using our wood insert after having it inspected by these guys! Great general knowledge and good advice on what to do. Would definitely continue to use in the future. I like that they wear literal white gloves and put down rugs to prevent any dirt from the process.

Toby and Jason came by today to clean and inspect two chimneys in my home. They were on time, seem very reliable and super knowledgeable, as I asked a ton of questions. It is clear that I need some work done on these chimneys and they told me what need to happen and when ideally it would happen. I felt very comfortable with them doing the work in my house and on the roof. Will definitely use them again!

They were great. Did a full inspection and cleaning. Mentioned some things I needed fixed but let me know I had time. No high pressure. I had them come back for minor repairs. The work was finished in half a day, the chimney looks like new and the price was reasonable. Brian and Jason S were great!

They came out the first time in April to clean our dryer vents at 3 of our condo buildings. They did a terrible job, so we called them back to fix their work. These pictures were all taken today after the second time they “cleaned” them. I called their office and spoke to Jackie, she was rude and wouldn’t tell me what they charged us. She said “if I would provide pictures” they would send somebody out again, I told her to come out and take pictures herself, it isn’t my job to check up on her workers! I’d already spent an hour taking pictures the first time. They didn’t even attach the covers properly on some.
