Had this company out to my 1912 Craftsman in Tacoma a few weeks ago. Kyle specifically, and his crew arrived on time and were cleanly and polite. They did a great job quickly and efficiently. Most striking was Kyle's honesty about what services I did and did not need for my two chimneys. Honesty wins me over as a repeat customer and I will be sticking with The Chimney Specialists in the future for that reason.

Toby and Isaac arrived earlier than expected (they called ahead to make sure that was OK). They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had someone from another company come out last week and quote me over 3 times the amount advertised after they did their “inspection” so I called The Chimney Specialists to get a second opinion. Toby explained everything very well and pointed out some issues that need to be addressed in the future. He got my fireplace and chimney cleaned and safe to use for the quoted price. Beware of companies that do the bait and switch! Call The Chimney Specialists instead! They were GREAT!!

Excellent experience with The Chimney Specialists. Arrived on time and did a very professional job cleaning our chimney which badly needed it. Bonus points for making a minor repair to the fire screen which I was unable to do myself. Provided a recommendation for routine cleaning based on frequency of use. Tip: don’t wait until fall to schedule!

I couldn't be more pleased. After 50 years of cleaning my own wood stove, I figured my time on roofs is over. Lenny and Isaac were all I could have hoped for. They not only did a better job than I could have ever done on the wood stove, they also checked out another fireplace chimney and tried to find a mason willing to repair separating stone. When they hit a couple of dead ends they gave me a excellent resource for finding a mason.

Our old/original 1962 chimney leaked. There were loose bricks, missing mortar, the crown was cracked. And now it leaks no more! The guys showed up and in 3 days we had a beautiful new chimney. It took 3 days because the first day they had to stop because of thunder and lighting. The guys did a fantastic job! Their cleanup was immaculate. You couldn’t even tell they were there! Now when it’s pouring down rain outside it’s not leaking inside! Very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend The Chimney Specialists.

Absolutely the best in every way (responsive, efficient, professional, cooperative)! Had a least a dozen before them with leaks appearing within months of purported repairs. Chimney Specialists came in, diagnosed what was needed and their crews so very enjoyable to work with. Chimney looks tight and (finally) right after all these years. Would recommend without any reservations whatsoever!!!

Our landlord set this cleaning up for us, but we were so impressed by them! Communicative, easy to schedule with, efficient, and really informative about how to keep our chimney in good shape! Definitely recommend!

Straight forward honest people.

I booked cleaning for 2 chimneys for my home i just purchased. Techs arrived and immediately advised only 1 chimney needed cleaning. They could have easily just cleaned both and i would have not known better.

Installed wood burning fireplace insert in old fireplace with failing heat-o-lator flue, damper, and chimney connection Sound chimney assessed problems and recommended a solution which did not require extensive and expensive rebuilding of fireplace and chimney (even though they do this kind of work when necessary) This approach easily saved us $10K and all worked perfectly thru first winter of use
