I called 6 days ago and left my name and number for a call back. Nobody has called. I guess I'll call Stanley Steamer instead.

Duct Doctor completed the duct and vent cleaning job successfully. The company was quick to address any concerns and their focus on customer satisfaction is clearly evident.

Nice people, but they left my house in a much worse condition. They got sheet rock all over the floors, on my bed, stove, everywhere. Why they would not hold a pan under the vent while unscrewing it I will never know.

Not very thoughtful and I would never recommend them

The appointment was set and all work was done on the appointment date and time scheduled and team was very professional lead by Tressley. Team left house as clean as it was when they started job. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely use their services again!!

Duct dr was on time. Technician tried mto clean dryer vent. Told me it separated in wall and he could not clean. Asked him to go in attic and check other end. Said he couldn’t clean from attic as it might rip duct. Asked for pictures, never given after three requests. I paid 200.00 for cleaning and they were unable to perform service due to duct condition. My money was refunded. The owner called me to try and see what he could do. Very personable and really tried to help. In my opinion, I will have to hire a contractor to reroute duct to another wall due to the poor design of the original building. I recommend this business because the owner went overboard to try and help.

This experience with Duct Doctor was the most pleasant and effective to date. In the past I've had my ducts cleaned and the experiences then versus now Duct Doctor runs circles around the rest.
This is the first time that my system has been sanitized, as a matter of fact I wasn't even aware of the process until now.
The owner was very pleasant, personable and professional! This trait was mirrored by the Service Techs, this is in addition to their timely arrival as well as cleanup afterwards.

The guys from Duct Doctor are still here, but I am anxious to write a review. I haven't encountered such professionalism and courtesy in a long time. Keith and Nicholas have worked so hard and shown such attention to detail that I am blown away. Keith has been SO helpful in pointing out some trouble spots and weaknesses in my system. I now feel confident in future work that I might do. I can't recommend these guys enough. They have taken such care with my home and belongings and ensuring that my system is as clean as possible, considering it's age.

They clearly know what they are doing, they have been working extremely hard, and I am confident that my aged system is as clean as it could possibly be. Don't risk hiring a substandard company. These guys really know what they are doing.

I couldn't be happier with their service! This is the MOST professional and diligent service I have had in the 12 years I have lived in New Orleans.

We just moved into a new house and Duct Doctor came out to clean our duct work. The lead tech Trezles was very knowledgeable and professional. Both techs did a great job. They took their time, and did a thorough cleaning. Our house smells 100% better now. Thank you Duct Doctor!

Randy and Jack Arrived on time as promised. They politely explained what they were going to do, and answered my questions thoroughly. After the job was complete, they swept the floors just to make sure everything was as clean as it was when they arrived. Job well done.

We called the duck doctors and they came out the next day and cleaned the duck lines in my mother’s mobile home and did a fantastic job. They even helped her out and brought her garbage to the road. Perfect gentlemen with a great work ethic I highly recommend the duck doctor.

Out of three companies called Duct Doctor was the only one to actually return our call. They had an appointment available quickly and showed up on time (they actually called to see if we were available 30 minutes early) they got to work immediately and 3 men cleaned two units in about 4 hours. They took time to cover areas in plastic that were underneath vents and there was zero mess during the process and by the time they left you’d never know they were here. They’ve only been gone a few minutes so we will see long term results but based off the before and after pics they provided to us, I can’t see how our family won’t be healthier! Thank you Xander, Tressley, and Zack for your professionalism. We will definitely call you first if there is another need.

I strongly recommend Duct Doctor USA of Baton Rouge for duct cleaning. Today, I had a fantastic experience in eliminating a danger by having the duct to my dryer cleaned. The service was needed to improve the operation of my dryer. I wasted money by scheduling an appointment to have my dryer repaired when the repair person told me the dryer was working properly. He said I need to have the dryer duct cleaned. He also informed me that a clogged duct can cause a house fire. When he showed a picture of a house fire caused by a clogged dryer duct. That created the urgency to have the duct cleaned. I called Duct Doctor the same day. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The technician showed me how clogged the duct was. Lent was stuck on the walls of the duct leaving a small area for air flow. My dryer duct went up and out of the roof. I could see how difficult it was for the air to be pushed up through the clogged duct. After the cleaning was finished the technicians cleaned the area and replaced the dryer. I feel much better now knowing I eliminated a danger that I was unaware of. Also dryer is working properly. I strongly recommend to everyone that if you haven’t had your dryer duct cleaned that you contact Duct Doctor USA of Baton Rouge because the cost is very reasonable and much lower than the company the dryer repairman told me to call.

I was very pleased with Trezley and Brian the Techs who cleaned the ducts in my house. They were very professional and never stopped working from the time they arrived until the job was finished and they left. They did a lot more than I expected. Their residential service often exceeds customer expectations and the formidable team they put together to assist with cleaning three large VA Hospital buildings in New Orleans was above reproach. These guys were constantly praised by hospital staff for their promptness and flexibility in a very fluid environment where patient care is priority. This level of knowledge, thoroughness, and guidance starts at the top. Leadership is Superb! Can't wait to work with them again.
