Incredible! THIS is what all home service providers should strive for. Easy to make the appointment, kind and personable technicians that are respectful of your home, that show up on time or call to let you know when they'll be there if they're going to be late.

They were quick, efficient, kept everything super clean which I really appreciated. And they took the time to really explain to us (first time fireplace owners) how everything works and how to use it. We've had 3 excellent fires in the 4 days since they came and worked their magic and it feels so good to feel like I know what I'm doing thanks to these guys.

And great job being able to take payment in person, as a customer I really love that feature. Being sent an invoice afterwords and having to call a place to pay is so annoying. Loved being able to just give the guy my card and watch him swipe it in front of me. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Tyler and Sergio went out of their way during the weekend to clean out my chimney of dead squirrels! They were fast, efficient, clean, and showed before and after pictures and videos once everything was done!! I called this company to have them clean out my chimney. The girl on the phone was so rude to me, kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my issue, and she even raised the quote by $100 because she thought I was being rude. I’ve never been treated this way before. I would never use this company.

I am thrilled to have a wood stove again! They did a tremendous job with the installation. I had no idea how much goes into this and I’m so thankful that I had a professional handle it. There is a ton of attention to detail with this company and the finished product is perfect. Highly recommend!

Tyler and his crew exceeded my expectations in every way. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, clean, and friendly. They repointed the masonry and rebuilt the cap around my ancient chimney, and they also installed a new rain guard, damper, and smoke shield. This was one of the best experiences I have had with any business. Tyler and his team initially cleaned our chimney and did a very thorough job and offered great recommendations for future burning. Months later, I asked them to install a Ventis wood stove. They did it professionally, with great attention to detail in our home and also carefully to insure minimal disruption. Then afterward, Tyler continued to walk through the inspection process and added materials to assist us. I can't speak highly enough. I will use them for all wood heating needs in the future.

We had a great experience with this company and will use them again! He was very thorough and explained everything. We had a cleaning and inspection and had a cap installed on top of the chimney. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

It's rare to find a company that is so customer-focused, but after trying to reach several chimney sweep companies, Evergreen was the only one to respond the next day with a professional and detailed email, including a possible next appointment date and time, which I accepted. That day came today, and I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have professional and personable technicians doing the work. They did a fantastic job, explained the results, and cleaned up before they left. From first contact to finished service, this company is top-notch; one of the best experiences, especially post-pandemic. Highly recommend this company -- and if you have a woodstove or fireplace, you should get your chimney checked regularly; I was a volunteer firefighter and dealt with too many chimney fires, which is why I get my checked.

What a wonderful experience with a company that treated us great, was very honest and respectful and explained everything thoroughly. We highly recommend Evergreen Chimney Sweep to everyone! You won't find anyone better and we definitely will keep using this company for our wood stove needs.

I had a stove installed and couldn’t be happier with this company, the technicians (Tyler and Cergio) were knowledgeable and professional. They laid drop cloths down to protect my carpet, played cheery holiday music and explained how to use the stove safely and properly and recommended wood to burn, when to service chimney stack etc. They arrived for appointment at the exact time quoted, hauled the trash away and were friendly. I was charged what I was quoted, no surprise charges. Excellent company and service, I will be hiring them for any future services!

Evergreen was great to work with. We had a tight timeline to get a dryer vent cleaned for a home inspection associated with a house sale. Despite a packed schedule, they squeezed us in so we could meet our deadline.

We purchased our home last year and had not yet had our chimney cleaned or inspected. So, we called Evergreen. Luke came to our home, inspected our chimney and fireplaces, and determined we didn’t even need to do a cleaning! Luke was kind, professional, and honest. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything he found during the inspection. We would highly recommend Evergreen!

Leaving a review on behalf of my older parents. They’ve never had me write anything about a service so this is saying a lot. They worked with a guy named Nick F. and they told me that he was very kind, respectful, professional, and answered all the questions they had. Also that the services were very reasonable on price and done in a timely manner.

Workers seem to be very friendly but hugely disorganized and very poor communicators. We needed a black double walled chimney that ran 6 feet from our wood stove to the ceiling thimble. We waited a week in cold temperatures for Luke to come by. He arrived late because apparently the schedulers hadn't calculated his travel time. I took the day off from work for his visit. He was friendly and seemingly informative.

We arranged an install date (another week) and a ballpark verbal estimate. The written estimate was supposed to be emailed later that day but it never arrived. The day before the install date I called to confirm the installation and was told that everything was a go. I took the day off from work again. Two hours before the installation time however, I received a call from Luke saying that the parts had not been ordered and that they were more expensive than what we had first discussed. At this point my gut told me to bail with these guys and I did.

In any case I lost two days of work, have been dealing with a cool house, and I have incinerated faith in Evergreen Chimney Sweep in Spokane. I ordered the Selkirk parts from Menards.com at a fraction of the cost and will carryout the simple task myself.

In terms of helpful suggestions I might offer Evergreen Chimney Sweep: 1) Be on time and if not call to say your running late 2) Follow through on written estimates as promised 3) Do what you say your going to do 4) Treat your patrons or potential patrons as you would like to be treated.

Addendum: Got the parts in short order, followed the directions, and our wood stove was operating in less than 90 minutes. Despite the favorable reviews found here, I personally can’t recommend Evergreen Chimney. A simple scroll will reveal other reviewers with similar experiences.

2 units - wood stove and vintage circular fireplace in our shop apartment. 5 Star/Professional service. Asked them for a quote and when they came out to give us one they ended up doing the job. Luke and Sergio worked continuously while they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I have a fair knowledge of fires/stoves/fireplaces and they were great. All was done (in winter weather) at a very fair price

David was an excellent technician. He provided important information regarding my chimney did an excellent job with the inspection was prompt and efficient with the cleaning. I would highly recommend this company to others that have chimney concerns. The cost was quite reasonable and I will use this company in the future.

It took at least 3 days before being contacted by them about my inquiry and then after making an appointment they NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED! I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously disappointed!
