Tyler and Luke from Evergreen Chimney Sweep were extremely professional and great to work with. We had not used our fireplace since we moved in due to some issues noted on the home inspection. They came over to inspect our chimney to see what needed to be done to get the fireplace/chimney back in working order. They were very honest and let us know it’s in awful shape which I appreciated that they didn’t try to sugarcoat it. They gave us some recommendations on what they would do and sent us all of the pictures from their inspection. Highly recommend them if you’re needing your fireplace/chimney serviced!

Definitely going to continue using Evergreen Chimney Sweep. Very professional and went above and beyond to prevent any mess. Tyler was quick and clean while still being very thorough. He answered all my questions and I feel like I know much more about my setup. Very happy with his work.

We're really sad to say we just had this horrible experience with this company who seemed great at first. We booked them back in August for work we needed done before the winter and scheduled the work for the first week of October. When the date came around they hadn't even ordered the parts for the job so pushed us off but assured us we wouldn't get bumped to the bottom of the queue. A few weeks later we were still trying to get back on their schedule and a full 2 months after we booked the work they told us they couldn't do the work this fall and left us in a really terrible place to find someone to do the work before the winter. Super disappointed with their professionalism.

I have been working with Tyler and Luke over the past several months. During that time they have cleaned and inspected my chimneys, replaced two rain caps and removed moss from my roof. Each time they came out they were professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and just all around great guys! I would definitely recommend them for any of your fireplace needs.

Tyler and Luke were friendly, courteous, and did a fine job of cleaning our dryer vent and chimney. Plus they used drop cloths and there’s no mess.

Seeing the before and after pictures… Wow! It’s a wonder we hadn’t had a fire the pipe was so clogged with lint. I expect clothes will dry a lot faster now.

Our fireplace is cleaner than it’s been in years too. They even got the baked-on soot off the firebox door that wouldn’t budge when I’d scrubbed and scrubbed.

We’ll definitely have them back before we let things get in such bad shape again.

As an added bonus, Rachel who answers the phone and makes appointments is delightful.

The online booking is very easy and simple, they got back to me via email same day and we were able to book a time within 48hrs. The billing was also very easy with a variety of payment forms accepted.

Luke Bardwell did a phenomenal job. He was fast efficient and extremely polite. He explained everything he did while he did it as well as made sure I fully understood everything before I signed the report. Tyler came to inspect my furnace venting, chimney, and dryer vent. He was timely, professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable. I felt like I was a person and not just a customer on his schedule. His estimate was fair and he will always be the one to work on my chimney and dryer. Highly recommend.

Had Tyler from Evergreen Chimney out to service our fireplace. He did a full chimney inspection and chimney sweep. He was prompt and professional, as well as incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions we had about maintenance and potentially adding a chimney cap. We are glad to have found Evergreen Chimney and will be using them in the years to come.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Tyler came to our house, and walked me through all of the process and cleaned out our gas fireplace! Mind you we haven’t used it since we bought the house. And we had no idea our little guy put a battery in it so he cleaned up the entire thing and got it all running and looking really nice! Will be my go to company for all things chimney and fireplace from here on out! And even better that they are local and a small business!

Tyler and Luke were awesome! They ended up having to be here almost 6 hours but they made sure everything was in tip top shape. They were friendly and professional and so incredibly kind to my boys who were very interested in what they were doing. Had Luke from Evergreen Chimney inspect my chimney/fireplace for repairs. He explained to me what was wrong and we agreed to the fix. I was told that I would receive an email, with prices and authorization to complete the job. That was 6 days ago. I had phoned the office twice during that time inquiring about my work order so I could get on the calendar for repairing my fireplace before the weather changes. I was told each time the email would be sent. To date, still no email. I really wanted Evergreen to fix my fireplace due their reputation and good reviews. However, due to the above, I was forced to hire another chimney company.

They were very professional, gave me good info and tips about the stove they installed and left the area they were working in clean.

Luke was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable! Never having lived in a house with a working fireplace before, it was nice to have him explain the inspection to me and offer his advice on possible future needs so we can keep everything in tip-top shape. I'll look forward to doing business with Evergreen in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing a chimney sweep!

On 11/24 we had Cergio here to work on our downstairs chimney. We were very pleased with his service. He was super friendly and gave excellent advice on how to improve performance of this particular chimney. He did not leave a mess and was very thorough. I highly recommend Evergreen Chimney Sweep!
