Jeff provided quick and professional service to cap my large California ranch chimney. He suggested powder coating the cap to better blend in with the gray brick chimney. Looks great and work was completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!

Have had several call outs to Peninsula Chimney, and Jeff is fantastic! Quick to respond, he helps diagnose the issues quickly, provided detailed inspection report and made several different options/suggestions depending on our budget and desired future use to make the most of our money! He not only helped seal up the leaks, but also custom fabricated a chimney cap to help with the wind/rain dripping in.

Now two years later, I had a squeaky chimney cap (that I did not remember I was supposed to have maintained/lubricated). He responded within minutes to my request for help, already knew the solution and came out the next business day while I was at work, accessed and fixed it from my roof, making a suggestion that would help more permanently resolve the issue since we do not use it much. By the time I got home from work, it was all done and I got text updates the entire time so I knew exactly when he would arrive, etc.

Honestly, you just cannot find great home repair services like this these days with fair pricing and customer service. Thanks Jeff!! Highly recommend!

We recently had Jeff perform a chimney inspection and cleaning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeff was easy to reach via text and provided a clear, upfront quote before any work began.

He demonstrated strong knowledge and offered helpful, tailored advice for our fireplace. Based on our setup and the age of our furnace, Jeff recommended using Duraflame logs and advised against burning wood that could produce excessively high temperatures, which could be unsafe for our older system.

One of the most impressive aspects of Jeff’s service was how carefully he kept the area clean. He used drop cloths to ensure no soot or debris entered our living space during the cleaning process.

If you want to hire rude people - hire this company. Keith was rude on the phone and did not want any business. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

They sublet out all their jobs. It's overpriced $700.00 to clean my chimney and they never COVERED MY FUREPLACE. I HAVE BLACK SOOT FROM CEILING TO FLOOR. Walls and ceilings are covered with soot.

My chimney was cleaned, all the soot removed and they checked for leaks. Smoke was coming into the house from the fireplace. They found the problem and fixed the issue. Additionally, new screen was placed at the top to prevent bats from coming into the house. I was quite pleased and the price was amazingly reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

This place is a SCAM! Don’t use them!

I had them come out to get an estimate to fix my gas fireplace. They said I’d need a new computer control unit to fix it, and they charged me a $150 fee for just taking a look. Said they would order the computer and come back to install. Several weeks later, I never heard anything back, and continued calling, leaving voicemails, etc, and no response. Basically they took my money for the 10 minute evaluation, and never had the intention to follow through. After about 6 months I gave up, and 1 year later I tried them again. Keith answered the phone FINALLY, and said he’d look up my record info and get back to me the next day. Never called back again, I tried again to call and leave voicemails, and then I continued to get no responses back and be ghosted again.

This business is a total scam. They just steal your money. DONT USE THEM!!!
