We have never had our fireplace checked out since we have owned our house (we've been here about 6 years). Justin came out and inspected everything, then cleaned the old ash and residue from the fireplace. He was professional, prompt, and we will definitely use this company again. We're very happy with the results!

By far the best chimney sweep company we've found in the Greensboro/High Point area. They're always reliable, available and work with your schedule. They show up when they say they will, know what they're doing, and get the job done. Justin's always been our POC and he's the best. He's always friendly and helpful. I’m someone who reads reviews and takes into consideration, other people’s experiences. After some investigation, choosing Chimney Sweep Experts, became a no-brainer. After initially talking with Justin, I felt at ease thinking the choice was going to work out. It was the right choice and the information and work Justin provided..did work out. Wonderfully. We now have a clean and safeguarded chimney…with a cool cap!

After a bad experience with a different chimney sweep company I called The Chimney Sweep Experts hoping they could help me out. Justin did not disappoint!! He arrived at my home on time, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He was so patient and answered all of my questions. He explained what the problem was (our damper was broken) and installed a new one as well as a smoke box for us. He took pictures of the work he did on the chimney so we could see it, walked me through questions I had about safety, and was so incredibly courteous when it came to keeping things clean (took his shoes off each time he entered my home, used a drop cloth around the fireplace as he worked). I am so glad to have found this company - one I can trust and will use for any future fireplace/chimney cleaning and repairs. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you, Justin!

It is extremely refreshing to deal with someone like Justin. No missed appointments, he showed up on time and called when he was on his way. He arrived and explained what he would be doing and if I had any questions or additional concerns around those items or anything else. Upon completing the inspection he presented me with his findings and additional pricing to cover the repairs. I was expecting for him to leave and have to come back later to perform the work, not the case, he was able to start right away and completed in just a few hours. Pricing was extremely fair and work was above average. Highly recommend Justin and the work he performs.

Justin was fantastic and very easy to work with. Showed up on time and was very professional. He took pictures of our chimney to help explain the additional repairs that were needed. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a chimney sweep and/or repair man.

Justin worked us in during the busy busy month of December. He cleaned and inspected our fireplace and chimney so that we could go forward with the conversion to gas logs before Christmas(completed by Edwards & Mills). Thanks to him (& E&M) we enjoyed many toasty, warm, and beautiful fires in our fireplace over the holidays. Since then he has returned to place a new cap on our chimney, and he sprayed the outside chimney with a coating to preserve the stone for years to come. As all have said, Justin is prompt, professional, the epitome of polite, and to boot he has a smile and a cheerful disposition to warm any heart (and hearth). We will absolutely call him again! Justin is great. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our chimney, and it was not only fast but CLEAN. He leaves everything in the same clean condition it was in before he arrived. In addition to the cleaning, he applied a crown coating to the top of the chimney to repair where it had cracked (and thus was potential for water damage as water could get into the cracks, freeze and expand thus worsening the cracks).
Now thanks to him it's all good to go! And he did all this for a VERY reasonable price!
Also, he is both friendly and professional. A really nice guy. My wife and I will always call him in the future for chimney cleaning and repair needs!

The service was excellent! Justin came out and did a sweep and installed a cap that goes great with the house. He also went out of his way and helped me change a flood light I couldn’t get to. Excellent customer service and dependability that I would recommend to anyone needing work done to their chimney.

Justin cleaned, inspected and installed a chimney cap at my home today. This is the third consecutive year Justin has cleaned my chimney. He is very professional, efficient and friendly. Justin takes the time to explain any problem areas and cleans up so well that if you didn’t know he had been to your home you wouldn’t know he had been there. We needed an inspection and estimate for a fireplace/chimney in a home that we are considering buying. I left a voicemail before the day's business hours, and Justin promptly called at the start of the business day. He was able to work us in and do the inspection that day! He took thorough pictures and showed us what he would recommend. He also told us that he would send a report that evening - and the report was sent prior to the estimated time! Our experience was exactly as advertised- "prompt, honest, professional." We could also add, "courteous and very reasonably priced." We will definitely be using Chimney Sweep Experts for our chimney and fireplace needs.

Chimney Sweeps Experts (Justin) was absolutely wonderful! I’ve been having water issues in interior areas around my chimney and Justin was quick to identify the problem as well as the solution. He worked me into his schedule when I was available and completed the work on the same day. He was prompt, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using this company and will be using him again when/if the need ever comes up. Until then, I sincerely hope and recommend others give him a call too!

Justin called back the same day I left a message, came out exactly when he said he would, and was professional, courteous and honest. I was concerned about a damper not working properly, but he assured me it was fine, and demonstrated how to use it. He repaired some cracks at the top of my chimney for a very reasonable cost, providing before and after photos. Cannot recommend him highly enough, especially after having a terrible experience with another company.

Justin is awesome! We had a leak in our chimney and Justin quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all of the parts on his truck and was able to fix it within an hour. He was professional, prompt, did a fantastic job, and was so nice! Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Justin. He returned my call promptly and was willing to work with my schedule. I called because I wanted a cap to prevent rain and animals from entering into my chimney. I was surprised to find out that some of the masonry had deteriorated and some bricks were loose and could fall from the top of the chimney. He also explained the importance of the additional step to seal the work before adding the cap. Justin took pictures so I could see that the work was not only necessary, but completed to my satisfaction. I really appreciated the pictures. While I could see the work from the ground, it was additional proof of the great job. I believe that the price I paid for the work was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Justin has cleaned/inspected our chimney twice now I believe and he installed a very nice chimney cap a while back. He’s always quick to respond and very nice. His pricing is good as well.
