I had moved into my house this summer and not had the chimney looked at. The forecast was calling for a very bad ice storm, and I Called several chimney sweep services. This one was the only one that answered the phone. But I’m sure glad they did. They were able to get to my house within 2 days and take a look at the chimney and clean it. I was so grateful for them being able to come out on such short notice, even though I should’ve been more on top of getting it taken care of earlier. Nicholas was very nice, professional and thorough. He cleaned up after himself and the process was very quick.

The company was helpful over the phone and got out on schedule as quickly as possible with an ice storm. Lee Knight was kind and knowledgeable and explained what was going on. I will reuse them for any chimney/fireplace issues!

Our chimney specialist was Lee Knight and he did a fantastic job getting our gas fire place working. He was very knowledgeable about the set up and talk to use about maintenance needs for our unit. I'm very warm and happy thanks to Mr. Knight!

Getting an appointment was simple, sent a message on their "contact us" page on Saturday and they responded shortly thereafter. Had an available time on Monday afternoon, set it up, and Lee arrived right on time. Thorough and efficient, offered a few tips, and he took care of business. Ensured the surrounding area remained clean and undisturbed.

Chimney Sweep made a chimney for a wood cook stove where there was none. Their work is exceptional, timely, accurate and picturesque. They are honest and kind which is lacking for a lot of companies. Not this one. I highly recommend these men for any chimney work needed.

I really did t know what to expect as we had never had a chimney repair. The guys were polite and professional. They were here right when they said they would be. They worked steady for several hours. They took care to protect our white carpet and cleaned everything up when they were done. They explained what to expect the first time we use it even though, it probably won’t be for many months. They ask that we call them after we use it the first time or if we have any questions or problems. It was a great experience.
