The experience was excellent. Was early (10 minutes) to the appointment and completed job thoroughly, Will definitely use The Chimney Sweep again!

The crew was prompt efficient new had to evaluate problems with the existing system made some corrections and made suggestions for how to improve the system cleaned up after themselves we're very cordial friendly and did a good job

Lee the owner showed up early for both appointments. Did a great job and answered all my questions. They even use an app to confirm appointments. Highly recommend them.

The 3 technicians Lee, Kendall and Nicholas were extremely polite, knowledgeable and wow all I can say is brave I would never climb across a 5 foot chimney Cap 50 feet up with nothing to catch you at all. They fixed my drafting issues and cap and water problems at half the cost of the 2 other companies that came out and the other companies wouldn't even climb up there! Also Rene the office lady Is as sweet as can be I will always use them and highly highly recommend any and everyone else to as well!

I really appreciated the service I received both at the time of my initial call, the scheduling and the services provided today. It was nice to get the automated text message to give me a reminder and the technician’s name. Lee was very prompt to call me to let me know what time he expected to arrive. Lee seemed very knowledgeable and provided helpful information on our gas logs and the issues we’ve been having. He cleaned the logs (which is a dirty job), the burner, etc. Lee double checked the placement of the logs and adjusted some of them to get optimal performance. The last thing he did was to clean out some of the chimney just to ensure any soot buildup was cleaned out. He made sure to get the model number just in case I continued to experience issues.
I don’t think a lot of people give much thought to how well their gas logs are operating. Sometimes they just may not know who to call.
The Chimney Sweep is an excellent choice!!
