I definitely recommend using this company for duct cleaning. They were quick, very professional, and they gave me a great price. After cleaning my air duct they even helped me replace my dryer vent. I couldn't have asked for better technicians to service my air ducts.

"This old house" needed some good and thorough duct cleaning. Shawn and Shane were my service techs assigned to the project. They were complete professionals on the job. They were done in 2 hours and showed me before and after photos. They had recommendations on a few items to beware of. Would recommend cleanway to anyone! Matter of fact I gave their name out 2 times since the job was completed 8/4/23.

Doug did an amazing job keeping our new carpet clean as they worked throughout the house. They were very courteous and professional throughout the process. As they worked they took the time to show me the ducts before and after so that I was able to see everything each step of the way. They thoroughly explained the process and were quick to schedule an appointment!

Wonderful duct cleaning service. On - time ,very professional and the attention to detail was spot on .The technicians did an outstanding job and explained every step in the process. Overall, the the entire experience from the initial phone call with Doug the owner to inquire/schedule to the completion of the air duct cleaning process was phenomenal ,they even installed a Germicidal UV Light. I highly recommend Cleanway and will be using them for other services.

Finding this business was the best thing that happened to me in years. Not only did they clean my ducts in preparation for a new furnace, but one of his men finished painting/staining my house and did an excellent job. They even power sprayed the area of white siding in front of the house. Doug (the owner) also put me in touch with a couple people who helped me clean out my house and organize everything (40+ years accumulation!!) I would recommend this company to everyone. Very honest and hard working.

Shawn and Shane did a great job cleaning out our vents and cleaning our upstairs carpets. I have an infant at home and they were really accommodating, doing his room first because he needed a nap!
they were also able to help me move a few things that were too heavy for me to do on my own. Very easy to work! Would definitely recommend :)

Great, professional customer service. Doug was responsive to our calls and needs which is rare these days. They did a great job staining our fence. Making an appointment was quick and easy. They came and finished our fence in one day.

They also did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Our white living room carpet looks like new again.

We had the guys of Cleanway come out to clean our air ducts. We live in East Aurora and have an old house that really needed to be serviced. They were efficient and did a great job explaining what they did and provided us with pictures of the finished product!

I was looking into getting my vents cleaned and I had found Cleanway through google listings for air duct cleaning. I seen that the owner Doug posted some YouTube videos about the services making me more comfortable hiring him and his crew. I have a 1200 sq foot home located in Medina where Shane and Sean(sorry if I didn’t spell your name correctly) got the job done within the hour of their arrival. This was a wonderful experience from the first call to the owner with questions to Shane and Shawn coming in and doing the work. Professional and hard working duo that were professional and thorough. My vents are looking wonderful! I added it to my Google calendar to do this routinely and I am going with Cleanway every time!

Absolutely wonderful!!! I had called Doug almost 3 years prior when I first bought my house because the prior owner had cats. I had mentioned I was about to begin renovations. He recommended I wait until I was done as the vents were going to get dusty with debris (looking out for the customer!!!). When I was looking to get Central Air installed this summer I knew exactly who to call. He honored my original pricing and even came down based on what I needed. His crew was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and clean. Would highly recommend in the future and to anyone!

We had our ducts cleaned on 12/28/23 and the service was fantastic! They showed us pictures before and after, what a difference. The two men that did the work were very professional and friendly. Sorry I didn’t get their names. I would highly recommend Cleanway Cleaning. Excellent job!

Very happy with experience. When calling to get quotes the owner Doug answered the phone, took the time to explain the whole process and how everything will go the day of service. Gave me his number to contact him personally if I had questions. He sent me a message the day before confirming. It took two techs about two hours to complete the whole process. I got to see before and after pictures… which will blow your mind!! Very happy, will be sending all of my friends and family to this business!

So happy to have my ducts clean, they quoted me a very fair price and cleaned my dryer vent for a little extra. I think the air quality in our home is much better already. Thanks and we will use you guys again in the future.

Got our vents cleaned today by Cleanway. They called us and to make sure it was okay if they came early. Super friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. We’re VERY nice to our dogs, too! We can already tell how much more fresh the air circulating in the house is. Would absolutely recommend. Fantastic pricing and great service.
