Shawn and Shane came on time as scheduled and began to tackle the job immediately. I also had concerns to be addressed that needed to be pointed out, and they took care of the details. Love that they show you your vents with the camera to what you had sitting there, and then after. They were very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after the job. The price I thought I paid was very reasonable for the work that gets done. Great company! I can now breathe easy!

We had our ducts cleaned in September of 2023, but I wanted to wait until we ran our HVAC to write my review. I am happy to say that the house is not nearly as dusty as it had been, and the air is cleaner.

When I spoke with Doug, he explained their process in great detail (I have a full page of notes). He quoted a very fair price which was guaranteed and professed no hidden charges. Other companies threw out a number (higher) and were very dismissive to my questions.

As for the appointment, Shawn and Shane arrived on time, were very professional, and performed the work efficiently. We were shown pictures of the ducts before and after (68 years of accumulation), and the basement was cleaned up as though they had never been there. The price was exactly what Doug quoted.

I have no hesitation to recommend Cleanway for duct cleaning and will consider their other services in the future.

Shawn and Shane arrived on time and were very professional. They did a great job cleaning out our air ducts. They explained everything to me so that I knew what was going on. They wore shoe covers so that my carpet wouldn't get dirty as it had just rained and the ground was wet outside. They made sure that they reinstalled all the vent covers that were taken off nice and neat. I definitely recommend!

While helping my cousin in buffalo do minor repairs on homes he owns and rents out he needed some duct cleaning for the central air system in 2 of his houses. We had found Doug and his team. I recently went with Cleanway Cleaning and Restoration to clean out my air ducts/hvac system and I am extremely happy with the results! When researching other companies I received quotes that were double that of Cleanway and after seeing the 5 star reviews for this company it was a no brainer for me to go with them. Also they have been in business many years, they are very efficient, show before and after pictures and last minute let me add on the dryer vent cleaning. I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday and was very satisfied with their service! Wonderful job! But today I am happier and thankful to Doug Newman, the owner. Let me explain. At noon today I found a puddle of water under my AC, since the leaking is something new, I feel it must be from yesterday’s air duct cleaning. So I called the company, and Doug was very patient with me asking me sending him photos taken around AC, then decided to come over with his guy who knows more about AC. They fixed the leaking, it is a problem unrelated to yesterday’s work. But they did not charge me for it. I really appreciated their dedication to their customers!

I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the ducts and carpets cleaned since the previous owners had pets. Cleanway came highly recommended, and Doug was very thorough in explaining the process when I called him to get an estimate. The job was able to be scheduled for later in the same week, and Shane and Shawn arrived promptly as scheduled. They did a great job cleaning out the ducts, and were careful with taping off the vents as they cleaned each one, so no debris escaped. They showed me before and after pictures, and I could definitely see a significant difference! The carpets looked a lot better after they finished with those as well, and my house smells much cleaner now than it did before (with residual pet smells prior to the cleaning).

The whole process start to finish was perfect! Doug explained everything in great detail before it being done so I understood. They arrived on time and were very professional. I will recommend them to everyone!

I have recommended Cleanway to a few people already, not only did they do a fantastic job but they also were half the price of the conpetitor quotes I received, and did not try to up charge me on ANYTHING. Shawn and Shane were professional and efficient. They arrived as scheduled, cleaned the vents and ducts and showed me the build up that was in my vents. They gave me recommendations on better airflow as I need an additional cold air return. They also made my dog feel at ease which was helpful because she can be a bit skittish around men. All in all great service and would recommend them to all my friends and family!
