Tony from Kleen-Flo came today to clean our furnace ducts
Very thorough, he did a great job, took extra time to explain and show before and after results. He was very professional and I will be asking for his services in about 3 years when I have it done again by Kleen-Flo
I will be recommending them to my friends and family

I am really happy with the services provided to us by Tony! He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We got to see before and after pictures. We got the disinfecting option as well. We'll have their services again. Initially we had an appointment with another popular company. But they rescheduled so many times.. we were recommended Kleen -Flo by Evans..and we are grateful they did. Kleen Flo rescued us from repeated reschedules we were getting from the other company.

Tony and Dennis were so sweet, and even addressed our furnace cleaning and filter replacement. They are such pros, I didn't even have to point out the 10+ vents we have. Excellent job! Recently moved in so we had to get the ducts cleaned (previous owner had pets). Tony arrived on time. Great guy to chat with. Showed and explained the process as I was interested in how it was done. Finished in the expected time frame.

From start to finish, we had a very pleasant experience. We immediately got a phone call after I sent an email inquiry and Chris was polite, knowledgeable and upfront. The men who helped us (I didn't get their names🤦‍♀️) were here promptly on the appointment day, worked professionally and explained everything they were doing. Wow! These guys are great!

I had a very difficult to clean dryer vent on the second floor and they very diligently cleaned it (tried from outside and inside) and even went into the attic to make sure it was fully unclogged. I am super impressed with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Tony came today and boy were we glad he did. Just moving to Fort Erie and the previous owners never had our ducts cleaned. The disgusting condition was made awesome by Tony. His explanations and kindness shown was appreciated. Excellent customer service that is missing in this day and age.

Just had my ducts cleaned by Tony & Dennis of Kleen-Flo Duct Cleaning. They were absolutely awesome from start to finish. Really great service. The gentleman that looked after my cleaning we're thorough and patient. They made sure to explain their work as they went and confirmed satisfaction as they went. My home has never smelled so fresh and my bathroom fans run almost silently now. I can relax knowing my air is clean and my dryer is working beautifully again. I recently had my home’s air ducts cleaned by Tony, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, Tony was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions with patience.

The difference in air quality was noticeable immediately after the cleaning. Tony took his time to ensure every vent and duct was thoroughly cleaned, and he even showed me before-and-after photos, which were shocking in a good way!

My fireplace needed a cleaning before we started the fireplace for the first time in a while. Ryan came over on time and cleaned the chimney and explained everything we needed to know. He was excellent and kind.

Our fireplace wasn’t working. AA Timberline wasn’t the kind of company that tells you “this job is too small for us”
And you know what? I knew it was too small
But they fixed our problem with our gas fireplace. I highly recommend them

Jeff was super nice very helpful and we are looking forward to a new fireplace that we can enjoy.
