Called on a Friday for an air duct cleaning; I was told that they call back to book the cleaning. Now Wednesday night still no call. When I called them back concerning this I was told usually 3 to 7 days they arrive to clean the ducts and it was odd that more than 3 business days later I have yet to get a call back to book an appointment. Unable to call me back for an appointment I then would have to generally believe the job performed is equally untrustworthy.

Dusty vents,poor indoor air quality,uneven temperatures,dusty carpets and floors,which are most likely the result of their rushed,overly aggressive technique which stirred up dust and possibly created air leaks has been my experience with this company.The sales rep will not acknowledge any of the aforementioned as a remote possibility.One of the biggest mistakes of my life.An extremely depressing nightmare.

Absolutely wonderful staff all around. Didn't try upselling very friendly couldn't be more pleased. Had issue with scam company. Kleen flo staff really helped us out. Such wonderful caring people. Tony was fantastic and thorough. He was considerate of my children with the cold ans disinfectant. He showed me what he found in our vents and the before and after. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I was fortunate enough to use. this company, and was assigned Tony and his assistant to clean my vents and duct work done. Apart from them doing an amazing work, they went above and beyond what was expected, as this was an older property that had vents that were not cleaned for several years. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism and would definitely use them and recommend them. any time.

Very professional people at the office. The person who came to our house was so nice, very respectful and professional and has been doing his job for 15 years. Tony came by yesterday to clean our ducts and dryer vent. I would like to say that he did a great job, was very personable and professional, and most importantly was here early and done on time! We had our ducts cleaned today for the first time in over 40 years.
Tony showed up as scheduled and was a complete professional in the job that he did and also to explain to me the process of his work..
The before and after pictures were totally amazing..
He encouraged me to watch how everything was done and I found it very interesting.
