Honestly if I could give Trent more stars I WOULD! We needed help with our fire place and he came out the very next day. He told us what we needed and got to work. Super nice and respectful guy. He changed our chase cover and fixed a rotten board from under the chimney. He also refurbished the chimney rain cap and even painted it. Best thing is that he gave us great unbeatable prices. I thank him much for coming out and getting everything done as fast as he did. 100% RECOMMEND his services!!!!

Trent was very professional and knowledgeable during his visit. He and his team cleaned and inspected my fireplace and chimney thoroughly. They were very respectful of my home and took precautions to avoid any messes in my living room, which I appreciated. Customer service was excellent - I even saw Trent blowing the leaves off my back patio for me after coming down from the roof - he went above and beyond for a great customer experience. He had great recommendations on replacement products and helpful tips for cosmetic touch-ups that I asked about. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Before and after pics of our chimney. Originally I called Trent after checking reviews of chimney cleaning companies and found him at the top of the list. He was able to come the same day for our original issue which were birds getting in our chimney. He replaced the wire screen and then showed us pics of all the cracks. He was able to come back and fix the cracks. We were thrilled with the work he did and are confident we will have no further issues. I would recommend without reservation.

CleanAir Chimney Care is truly the BEST!!! Trent (the owner) came out to inspect our chimney. He was very thorough with the inspection as well as in his explanation as to what work needed to be done. He told me that he would be the one completing the work and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was so kind and respectful. I feel like he went above and beyond to repair our chimney (it was in really bad shape). The work was top notch quality. He was fast and efficient. He cleaned up everything and was very respectful of our property. There isn’t enough words to express how truly pleased we have been with CleanAir Chimney Care. We used CleanAir Chimney Care for two fireplaces in our home. Trent and his team cleaned and inspected our wood burning fireplace and chimney, made repairs to cracks in the smoke chamber. They also serviced our vented gas log set, found a gas leak, helped coordinate the fix with a plumber and then returned and rebuilt the inside of the fireplace, replaced the silica sand and burny insulation stuff and made sure it looked amazing before finishing up!

Trent is fantastic and very professional! We had an issue with our gas log fireplace remote not working. I had purchased a new assembly but was struggling to install it. Trent tried talking me through it over the phone first but it ended up being safer to have him come out. He came out same day and had the whole remote box swapped out and tested in under 10 minutes. CleanAir Chimney Care installed a new Monessen ventless gas log system with fireplace remote control. They also installed a 4" fireplace hood to protect our brick and fireplace mantel. They were professional , cleaned up after themselves and explained everything in detail. Trent and his team did a great job!

Trent was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the fireplace and chimney. He added the necessary insulation and caulking in the fire place to get us transitioned from a gas log back to a wood burning fire place! Would recommend for any fireplace needs!

They replaced spalled bricks, tuck-pointed deteriorated mortar joints, poured a new concrete crown, and sealed it with a flex-coat application. I’d give 6/5 stars if I could. Trent and his assistant came in so polite communicated very well what was going on. They completely cleaned it inside and out. They figured out why it wouldn’t stay on or turn on at all and fixed it. Trent went out of his way to get a switch for the fireplace that matched the original switch. They did such a great job and right before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!!
