Chimney 1 did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent! I've had a few different companies do this over the years, but Chimney 1 is hands down the best. Their certification shows they know what they're doing!

We bought our home in Nov, 2024 and it had a wood burning stove in the basement. Concerned about its safety we had Chimney 1 (highly recommended) come out and inspect it. Curtis (owner) gave us an honest answer - the stove was usable but was old and needed close attention. He did not try to sell us a new one - the topic only came up when I inquired. Following that initial visit we asked many questions and received timely and honest responses. We love the stove we bought. Installation was great and Curtis was attentive to details. Chimney 1 is a great company to work with. From the cleaning, inspection and repairs, I couldn’t be happier with the results. They tore the old crumbling brick down to the roofline and rebuilt it…. We called this company after having issues with critters getting into our chimney and they were able to come out so quickly. Trent was super friendly, professional, communicated well and affordable. They worked on our chimney rain cap, chimney concrete crown and tuck pointed mortar joints. They did an amazing job! Highly recommend working with CleanAir Chimney Care.

Trent did an amazing job refurbishing our fireplace (see before and after pics). We couldn’t get our burner to light, and instead of paying for a whole new system, Trent was able to get the burner lit with a remote start, savings us over a thousand dollars. He then painted the inside for a more clean, modern look. He also did detailed touch-up painting on the screens and pull chain, which was a nice touch. Additionally, he took time to review with us how to use the remote and its various functions and explained how we will know when we’ll need to replace the batteries to the component in the fireplace. Plus, Trent is efficient, personable, and professional. We definitely recommend Trent ten times over!

I could not have had a better experience having Trent come out to clean and inspect our fire place! He was extremely thorough, went above and beyond cleaning, and explained everything so well as he went. Not only did he do a great job but he was also very respectful and kind.

Trent and his team were excellent to work with. They were super clean and how they handled their equipment inside our home and careful to contain the black soot that had built up on our logs. He inspected our chimney and found areas where they were cracks so he sealed them and recommended a follow up treatment, which we will do. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and yet they were personable. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again without reservation. The picture I have included is our logs after cleaning. They were completely black before.

We had a great experience with Trent and team. I had my excited 4yo and 2yo present and they not only made it clear that they were not in the way, but involved them and explained the steps along the way. Even went back to the car to grab a second flash light to avoid a tantrum! Fireplace looks great, and it feels good to have a reliable, family friendly company we can call each year now for clean out.

Trent was amazing to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Came out same day to take care of the Chimney repair on our old house chimney. He took care of tuck-pointed mortar joints, capped off chimney flue, and finished it off with sealed flashing.

Trent, the owner was fantastic! He was timely in his responses, professional, and great to work with on getting our chimney repaired.He removed 5 rows of brick. Rebuilt the chimney and tuck pointed. Removed old cap and poured 4” concrete crown. Sealed flashing, cleaned gutters, and cut back overhanging tree branches. He went the extra mile which is rare these days. Found Trent on Google because of all the 5-star reviews. He was very professional as well as his helper. We were concerned he could only come on good weather days but that really wasn't a factor because he does the cleaning from inside and there's no mess afterwards. We were missing a grate and he even threw one in for us. We'll definitely use his services again!

Clean Air Chimney Care arrived at the scheduled time. Our gas fireplace wasn’t turning on. They thoroughly cleaned our fireplace insert and took care to place mats around the work area. Thankfully the cleaning took care of the issue. Our insert had never been cleaned in the 23 years of use. Thank you for your efficient and friendly service.
