Reasonable prices for outstanding service.

I needed a new chimney cap installed and was able to schedule an in person quote from Jon. After that, I sent in my deposit and within days, was called to schedule the installation. Felgemacher sent a crew on New Years Eve! to take care of me. It was windy and snowy and my roof is steep. Not to mention, the chimney is centered on the roof ridge.

The crew worked quickly and safely and did a great job given the conditions outside.

I will be using Felgemacher for any additional work on my chimney and fireplace in the future.

A pleasure to work with the estimator, straight forward and knowledgeable with repair requirements. Wasted no time, examined the unit from top (Outside) to the bottom (Basement). The final quote was direct and detailed. Also provided photos with email correspondence. It just happen to be a morning where a 2nd company arrived moments later to provided a quote.
In short, more than thrilled with the estimate price and had Felgemacher perform the work. Great crew that drove from Buffalo and completed everything in just a few hours.

Had Dynamic Cleaning Systems out to cleanup the air ducts in my house. They were professional, and thorough. They explained what they were doing and how and why, and how they updated their approach to accommodate my particular layout/level of debris. They also took care not to damage the house, using moving blankets to protect floors from vacuums, and walking hoses around corners vs dragging them. Very impressed.

What an amazing company! They are friendly and honest! My mother was complaining about dust (there was not alot) and she wanted the vents cleaned. She called a company (who will remain nameless) the man showed up went in the basement looked at the outside of the vent and said it will be $575. We asked if he could tell how dirty they were he said DIRTY! Gave us the quote and was out the door. Total time 5 min. When dynamic cleaning system showed up, we told him our concerns, he went in the basement took the cover off the vent and used his camera to show us the inside and it was clean .He then took the cover off the cool air return showed us the inside, again.. CLEAN! He told us the vents did not need to be cleaned, he gave us some suggestions on furnace filters! What an amazing company! He was able to answer all our questions, with a smile on his face and a great personality.! Thank you so much dynamic cleaning system for being honest!

We have lived in our house for 10 years and I haven’t been able to use our ventless fireplace due to an odor and it making us nauseous. My wife put it on a honey do list as something she would like to have fixed. I called Chimney 1 and told them my issue. They sent Curtis out who has been cleaning chimneys for 30+ years. He found a lot of dust and a few other issue's. He even found some plastic residue on one of the burners as well. He spent over an hour taking my fireplace apart and cleaning it. My kids actually thought it was a new fireplace. We fired it up before he left and there was still a slight odor, but nothing like before. He stated that there was still a possibility of some dust and a little residue from the plastic that was previously on there and I might have to burn it for three or four hours. Since I was the only one home and the smell wasn’t too bad, I went ahead and let it burn. After 2 hours, the smell went completely away! I would highly recommend Chimney 1 for your needs! I wish I would have called sooner!
