Salvador and his crew at All Chimney Solutions did an excellent job on replacing both of my chimneys. They were punctual, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They gave me 110% of excellent service!

I too cannot say enough about Salvador. My gas fireplace pilot went out in the last windstorm and I could not get it to re-light. I called 4 separate fireplace service companies in Reno and everyone said they could not see me for 2 weeks or longer. I then called ACS. Salvador answered on the first ring, said he was at a job but he could come by right after. He showed up a couple of hours later, diagnosed the problem, completely cleaned and serviced the fireplace and was done in an hour. This was the most pleasant experience with a service person I have had since moving to Reno a year ago. He is friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. Choose ACS and you will not be disappointed and maybe delighted! We now get to enjoy the warmth and glow of our fireplace the entire winter!

Salvador was great to work with. He was careful and clean and made repairing our chimneys easy and low impact. He responded quickly to questions on email and showed up on time with no excuses. Salvador provided a reasonable estimate with a detailed description of the work that was to be done. The work was completed exactly as described, and the quality is excellent! Salvador and his team repaired two chimneys and thoroughly cleaned our pellet stove. We couldn't be more satisfied. We will continue to use all chimney solutions for yearly maintenance on our chimneys.

I own and operate a real estate/property management company and have used All Chimney Solutions for a few years now. Salvador has maintained several of our fireplaces at our vacation rentals and just helped us with a last min fireplace inspection and clean for a current sale. Salvador did a great job cleaning and trouble shooting our pellet stove. We couldn’t get it running and have a 95 year old senior in the house. They came same day and fixed the problem! Highly recommend!

Came to my house and did a great job cleaning the gas fireplace. The price was incredibly fair and they did a good job. Also provided a few recommendations and fixed a few few things. Really nice guys. Super punctual. Friendly friendly, and kept a clean workspace in my living room room with tarps

I had waited far too long for one of my two sons to help me with replacing a part in the pellet stove. Both said it was too hard to get to the part that needed to be exchanged. I finally called Salvador. He couldn't be in a more busy time and stacked with many jobs. The earliest I could be scheduled was weeks away. I said I understood and thanked him. He ended up toggling his jobs around, came out on in two days on a Saturday, replaced the part, CLEANED my chimney and the stove. Two hours later, I had heat again! He and his team did a fantastic job! They are so professional, and a pleasure to have in to do a job that this old lady could not do. You can't go wrong in contacting this company for your needs.
