Called Lee this morning for a pellet stove repair expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. I was pleasantly surprised to actually have Lee answer the phone. (That's good business these days.) He wasn't actually able to help me with what I needed, but gave me some great referrals.

I was able to get my stove repaired same day thanks to a cancelation.

ABL Chimney Sweep went over & above for me! Courteous and very clean. Christopher even washed my fireplace glass doors and I wasn't expecting that extra service. What I liked most was that Lee gave his recommendations for repairs but didn't "hard sell" them From my experience I highly recommend ABL without any reservations! I'll use them yearly. Thanks for a job well done.

Thank you Lee! I was going to wait til Monday to call to set an appointment. Hearing Lee has great reviews. I decided to call today. While expecting a voice mail and leave a message. To my sweet surprise Lee promptly answered on a Sunday while watching football games. He sounded like a god send with great confidence in helping me out. I felt relieved at the amazing quote he gave me. He sounded like a cheer football captain saying, "Girl, we got you taken care of!" Lee, Thank you! You're a god send!

I see why ABL comes so highly recommended. Called and was told there were no openings until February but to try back in a few days and maybe they could squeeze me in. I actually forgot to call back and when I finally did they were able to squeeze me in same day within literally minutes. I realize that may not always be the case, but I can see why they book up months in advance. Lee and his helper were clean, professional, and fast. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Lee came out to clean my chimney and found I had a cracked morter in my back panel, as well as I had a broken glass panel. I was in a fix to say the least. Well he took the door off the grill, found a place to replace the glass ordered the back panel and is arranging to replace the panel, clean my chimney and replace the door at the same time. I'm a disabled senior and before meeting ABL, I had no idea of how to fix this. I whole heartedly recommend them, they could have taken advantage of me and did not. We’ve used ABL for several years and they have always provided exceptional service. They are always on time - even early! Two years ago we had trouble with the air flow up our flue and on Lee’s advice, we changed our chimney cap and have had no problems since. Friendly and fast! I highly recommend ABL!

We gave a call to ABL to repair our missing chimney cap. Lee, the owner, was courteous and knowledgeable about our needs. He gave us a call the next morning, as promised, arranged a visit, brought the part and repaired everything in less than an hour! Price was extremely reasonable for parts and labor! Other fireplace/chimney sweeps were charging hundreds just to inspect what needed to be repaired and to have it done in one call and one visit was amazing!

Have used ABL since we moved into our first home 4 years ago. As young homeowners we can't afford getting run around. Lee and his team have been prompt, honest, and extremely friendly. They take great pride in the work they do. He is booked out months for a reason.

Man, is he quick! I contacted Lee to clean and inspect a chimney we hadn’t used in years. He was able to give us concise information and prices for parts immediately. We had him perform all the work the same day AND he was done within an hour. I hope he stays in business for years, because I WILL use him again.

Sal and his team arrived on time and carefully draped everything to make the area soot free. They serviced my pellet stove and swept the Chimney. They were efficient and thorough, I would give them
5 stars.

After have issues with another company, it was recommended that I give ABL a call. Lee was not only nice and helpful but happened to be working just down the street. He stop by on super short notice and had my chimney straightened out within 30 minutes! I highly recommend giving these guys a call for all your chimney needs. We will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.
