Our dryer vent is located in the front of the house, runs down through the basement and out the back wall. Since many house fires start in the dryer vent, Toledo Duct Clean comes every year and cleans it. Jay called to remind me this year, Thank You Jay. His workers are the best! Pete and Josh called when they were on the way, came in, knew where everything was and finished in about half hour. In the past they have made minor repairs with parts they have on the truck. They are always friendly and professional, and we will always recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Toledo Duct Clean was great when I had them come to my home. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats (I’m slightly allergic to the cats), and it seemed like normal house cleaning was no longer effective at relieving my sinus pressure. Having all the dirt and fur sucked out of my vents has improved my allergies so I don’t get headaches as soon as I come home anymore. The techs were very friendly and professional. I will definitely call Toledo Duct Clean in several years when I need them cleaned again!

Pete was a few minutes before the appointment time, very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed when he showed me what’s hiding out in my furnace. Highly recommend this company for duct cleaning and cleaning of dryer vent (also replaced a dryer vent cover). From the time of the initial call until the service, I was treated with complete respect. They even performed a free initial visit to determine if I actually need duct cleaning (by placing a camera into the duct work). Ryan and Rick performed the service and were completely professional, courteous, willing to answer any questions and concerns, and worked hard. I recommend this company without hesitation.

We recently discovered that raccoons had destroyed the HVAC ducting in the subfloor of our Park Model Home. At my wit’s end, I called Jay, the owner of Toledo Duct Clean, to see if he could confirm what we suspected using his camera technology. He was out the very next day, confirmed the damage, and even went the extra mile by providing me with contacts for companies who might be able to repair the system.

When we filed an insurance claim, Jay promptly prepared a detailed report with photos for our adjuster. Unfortunately, the damage wasn’t covered, and to make matters worse, multiple companies I called either didn’t respond or failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Remembering Jay’s offer to help if we ran into roadblocks, I called him back.

True to his word, Pete, his Service Manager, was at our home the next day. Jay himself followed up with a personal phone call, explained their plan, and offered a very reasonable price for the repair. A couple of days later, the fella’s had completed the work, and our HVAC system is as good as new.

What impresses me most is that they did everything they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it. Something that feels rare these days. Jay didn’t just fix our HVAC system; he cared about our situation and followed through when no one else would. That kind of professionalism, integrity, and compassion deserves to be recognized.

I called and got in the next day! They came earlier than expected which I was so thankful for. They guys were very nice and took care of everything ( dryer duct issue) . They even took a look at my other vent and gave a quote to have then cleaned. Can not recommend them enough!!!

The 2 gentlemen that provided duct cleaning today were professional, respectful, careful with their equipment and mindful of our 4 precious pets while in our home.
