I’ve used Tiny Tom many times and they are always efficient, informative, professional and polite. I initially was referred to them to repair my chimney and they were knowledgeable and accurate. My fireplace insert was corrected at a reasonable fee with no issues since. The guy actually described what he thought the issue was over the phone and had it fixed and running within a few weeks. I’ve used them every year to clean the chimney and couldn’t be happier with their service!

This company is a complete rip off. It's been 4 months to install a fireplace did half the work and charged twice the price. Second opinion claimed it was installed wrong. They decided to take the doors from the fireplace and leave the stove. They were supposed to return to remove the rest and didn't. Month later no response or correspondence from them. To point of demanding a refund a month later still waiting for it. It was an insurance claim as well. This has been a 4 month ordeal. I would say this is the most unprofessional business I have ever experienced or had to deal with. They took an insurance check did a bad job never completed it and never returned answered emails phone calls or any texts. Would not suggest anyone does any form of business with this company.

Showed up early and did a great job. Pleasure to do business with!

We hired this business to patch a rather large hole in our front concrete porch. It is difficult to find someone who is interested in doing a small job such as this. Frank agreed and did beautiful and timely work. We have used Tiny Tom for other concrete patchwork in the past and the results have lasted very well over time. We are grateful for the work that has been done and highly recommend this business.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! I hired them to do a chimney clean and inspection. They were very dishonest and insisted that I had $2,500 worth of repairs that were needed and could be seen from the road. I had a second opinion Chimney Chick come out and she was very open and honest and assured me that we did not need any of those repairs that was mentioned on my invoice from Tiny Tom. Definitely will NEVER use them again and most definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

Utilized Tiny Tom for a chimney repair for a leak that we have been dealing in my home for years. The tech came out and worked on our flashing as well as doing some work on the chimney cap that the he said had to be done. The leak inside our home usually only happens twice a year so we didn’t notice any issue right away and then when it happened again it was too cold for any further repairs to be done.
When it warmed up and we decided to pursue the fix again I reached out to Tiny Tom to see if they had any other ideas. They sent out a different tech who helps them
sometimes when they are busy. After the inspection the tech told me that the repair job that was previously done by Tiny Tom was “horrible” and that I should contact them back to see if they would do anything to try to fix the poor job they did. After doing this the secretary told me she would reach out to “Tom” and let me know.
The response was “Doug (tech) talked with Tiny, he is the service tech now and reach out to him to see if he can give you an estimate”. Pretty annoyed to say the least that the response to them doing a poor job is just to have the customer reach out to tech they sent out to get an estimate so they can get more money without trying to fix their mistakes.
I would never recommend this company and they do not have the customers best interests at heart. Now I have to find a different company that is reliable and hope they don’t take my money for an amateur level of repair like Tiny Tom did. -
Their guys were awesome. Came out and very quickly assessed the problem. I had a leak and they notified me the pan was incorrectly installed, even though the last home owner presented a repair made prior to us purchasing the home by some other company.Tiny Tom did the right thing, I was told the pan was rusting and installed with nails thru the top of the pan / sealed over. They did not want to do what they last company did just for a repeat callbacks for the same issue... they called it fixing it right the first time.
I was given an estimate which was fair and told the pan would be ready soon and would be a quick install. They came out and did the work asap, literally at almost sunset as soon as they received the fabbed stainless pan (not the junk that was installed when the home was built) and just before Turkey day they did the install preventing further water damage. I absolutely appreciate these guys, they made a big problem very simple. Truly was amazing service. Will use again without question!
EDIT- I guess I never stated this previously in my review. The picture was the old pan they removed, and they had installed a brand new custom stainless steel cap. Over two years later and no issues. Now I see other homes nearby with the old cap, looking just like the one in the picture.... well, if water appears over your head while in bed, you know who can fix it right the first time. -
First time their tech John came by and cleaned our chimney, repaired our fireplace gas lines, the masonry on the top of the chimney and added a rain cap. For that job he was professional and prompt. He discovered some other things that needed fixing and the cause of a persistent leak. We gave him the job and now regret ever giving him extra work. He canceled and no-showed numerous times. One time he told me he was on his way, about 15 minutes out, and he never came. Never worked with someone who would literally just not show up and not call or text. A couple jobs that would have probably taken him 2-3 days tops took him a month and a half because he ghosted us. He finally finished the work but new leaks showed up in our dining room ceiling. We had to call a plumber to drill holes to find the cause which turned out being from the job John supposedly "fixed". I called him to tell him the issue he said he would come through and fix it because he is an "honorable guy". He never showed up. I reached out to Tiny Tom who was unresponsive. It wasn't until I threatened Tiny Tom with legal action did John finally back. He fixed his original work but during the job he was complaining and even yelled at my mother. He also promised to come back and patch up the holes that were created to find the leak. That was 3 months ago. I never heard back from him. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism, respect and common courtesy. Terrible. Would never recommend.

Company came out last year to clean and inspect the chimney. I was told the top needed to be resealed as well. I had all of the work done for $1200. A few weeks ago, a company was out on the roof, doing some maintenance and cracks down the side of the chimney and the sealant peeling off the top of the chimney. They brought me and suggested I have Tiny Tom’s Chimney services come back out and correct the work. I pull out the paperwork from the previous work done and noticed there were no dates nor company name on the statement. I called to have them come back out and repair the work they had done last year. The technician was hours late and never did the repair after he got here. He spent 20+ minutes trashing the technician who had done the previous work, telling me that he was a con man and had been fired, then proceeded to tell me all about himself and his business and how experienced he is…. Talking in circles and Contradicting himself. He finally presented me with an estimate for $2500 to do additional work, that he insisted needed to be done. I told him I would get back to him… Again, the work was never corrected. I then called a separate contractor for another opinion. The other contractor came out, inspected the chimney and said Chimney was an excellent condition and nothing on the estimate from Frank needed to be done except replace the sealant that had been put on by Tiny Tom’s and repair the cracks down the side of the chimney. He took care of doing all of this work for me and only charged me $650.

Cody from Tiny Tom's is excellent! We bought a new home and Cody gave a thorough assessment of the condition of our fireplaces/chimneys along with recommendations. He also provided education about proper use and recommended maintenance. He was incredibly personable as well as efficient and tidy. We will request Cody from Tiny Tom's in the future for all our chimney service needs.

We had a great experience with Tiny Tom. Cody and his associate came out to our house and addressed all of our concerns. He was very patient and answered all of our probably ridiculous questions, very professional. We were having some leaking issues above a wood-burning stove. They quickly remedied everything that was an issue and cleaned everything needed. Now, we are enjoying a beautiful fire in this cold weather. So happy to be using this stove again! Thank you. I would definitely recommend using Tiny Tom!!

What a wonderful experience working with the team at Tiny Tom. Cody and his team were very professional and great to work with. The communication was very good and greatly appreciated. I felt they were reasonably priced, and went beyond what we discussed. Thank you Cody and Team!

We hired Toledo Duct clean to clean our ducts at two different houses and they did a great job with both. They showed me on their video screen what the inside of the ducts looked like and compared both before cleaning and after. We could tell a huge difference in the air in our home afterward.

This was a great experience! They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left me with a fresh, clean-smelling house! They showed me photos of 60 year accumulation and cleaned it up to look like new! I would wholeheartedly recommend Toledo Duct Clean to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

When making the appt, Jay was very thorough regarding the procedure and pricing. Rick, Lane and Carter called as they were on their way and arrived on time. They were professional and respectful to me and my home. I would highly recommend Toledo Duct Clean.

The Pros from Toledo Duct Clean finished our 35 access point project yesterday! We are exceptionally pleased with the work that the did for us. They use a system that you have to see to believe and back up their work by sharing before and after pics. Outstanding and worth every penny and we have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

TDC was recommended by individuals at two different companies to clean our dryer vent. Pete arrived within the time frame scheduled, explained the process, and shared the before and after metrics. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The dryer is so much more efficient, and we'll be scheduling the service again next year.

Toledo Duct Clean is an honest company. I thought my ducts needed cleaning but after the crew used the camera, it showed I did not need them cleaned. I was very happy they were honest and told me they did not need cleaned. They could have cleaned them and charged me and I would not have known. It's nice to have workers be so honest. It give the company a good name And I highly recommend them.

My house was built in 1936. I have lived here since 1977. While I have owned the house the vents were never cleaned. Probably the original owners didn't have them cleaned either. The job was probably bigger than the crew expected. Plus, the furnace is in the crawl space. When a new furnace was replaced in the beginning of October (the old furnace was installed in 1988) it was suggested by Fire N Ice to get the ducts cleaned. So, I contacted Jay and set up the cleaning. There was so much dirt in the ducts I couldn't believe it. The crew (Robert and Dane) did a wonderful job. My allergies seem to be better, also. That may be a coincidence, My advice to anyone who knows their ducts haven't been cleaned in over 50 years, think about contacting Toledo Duct Clean. For that matter, even 5-10 years without a good cleaning could make a difference.

Pete and Josh were very courteous. They cleaned up and explained everything very well.
