I requested a whole house duct clean, and the service professional showed on time and Inspected a few vents showing me the video of nearly spotless ducts. We decided to skip the duct cleaning as not necessary, due to their honesty.

I had them clean my dryer vent since they were at the house and they replaced a small section of the hookup.

Jay returned my phone call within a reasonable amount of time to give me an estimate. Rick and Robert arrived on time quickly diagnosed the issue and assured me they would make things right. They repaired everything and throughly cleaned the dryer vent. Cost of the job was exactly the same as Jay's initial estimate. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received. I will use Toledo Duct Cleaning again.

Robert, Rick and Pete cleaned the ducts and vents in my home today. They were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job! Explained what they needed to do and answered all of my questions. The hose on the back of my dryer broke when I moved the dryer. They went out to their truck and had a replacement in a matter of minutes, saving me from a trip to the hardware store. Jay, who handled all of my calls and the quote was so friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company!!!

My dryer died right before Christmas and I purchased a new one. The seller asked that I get my dryer vent cleaned prior to installation of my new dryer, leaving me just 2 days to find someone to do it. TDC came the same day, did a thorough job, cleaned up after, and had great communication. I will definitely use them on a regular basis now!

Great service. Needed the dryer vent cleaned before the new dryer was delivered. They made room for me in the schedule. Duct work was clogged full. The technicians recommended replacing the duct work. They had all the necessary parts on the truck and were done quickly. It didn’t cost much more than the cleaning would have. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Toledo Duct Clean as a professional, friendly, and honest company. Every person I talked to on the phone and met in person was so friendly and helpful, they carefully explained the process and took the time to show me the current state of the vents and then show me before and after photos to compare with my vents so I could see how they didn’t actually need to be cleaned yet.

Working with Toledo Duct Cleaning was a pleasant experience. During the initial call, Jake, was patient and thorough in the explanation of the services provided. He remained on the line while I went throughout the home to count the number of vents. I never felt rushed during the conversation. Also, he explained Toledo Duct Cleaning methods of cleaning the ducts versus some of the other companies. I needed the best possible chance of ridding the house of dog hair and other air contaminates. Since the services rendered, it has made a tremendous difference on the air quality in my home. Also, the two technicians called to let me know they were in route to my home. They were respectful and likeable service men who also shared ways to help maintain clean air ducts. He spent his Saturday afternoon with us cleaning out all the dirt and dust out of our ducts and showed us on a live video of all the stuff coming out of them! I just bought a new house and wanted to replace all the vents with updated ones, when pulling away from the walls they were just covered in dirt and grime. I knew I needed to get my air ducts cleaned. Called a few places and Toledo Duct Clean was most reasonable and was able to accommodate my schedule quickly. They spent quite awhile at my new house considering the vents were never cleaned in over 35+ years. The before and after pictures were night and day!!! Had a great experience getting dryer vent/duct cleaned/repaired. Pete and Ryan came to clean the dryer vent and discovered part of the venting was disconnected. They rerouted it, cleaned it all and now it’s good to go. They were very professional and I highly recommend Toledo Duct Clean.
