I used the Chimney Sweep Experts for a chimney chase cover and to rebuild a chimney after it was hit by a tree. They were very quick to respond and got the work done in a timely fashion.

Omar was very professional and it is clear he takes pride in his work. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

Omar the owner uses scare tactics to prompt for more business from him after he issued a “fail”. His office basically harassed me to change my rating and made false statements. Overall, avoid any company when the owner comes and will not reveal he’s the owner. Wouldn’t you be proud of that instead of trying to distance from it?

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, timely, clean, responsive. Removed existing clay flue and damper, installed new stainless steel flue and top damper, repaired firebox and exterior brick/crown. Very pleased.

This is an excellent outfit. They came in with a price I thought was more than fair, came out to work on the job within a week, done in basically one day. Didn't leave my house a mess, they were very pleasant, and I couldn't be happier.

Omar was very thorough and gave a detailed inspection report. He was prompt, informative, and cleaned up after him self. He did a beautiful job on our repairs. He answered all questions. He’s very knowledgeable. We will most definitely be using him in the future. We highly recommend him. His office manager, Carolina was very polite and helpful as well. Great company to do business with!

They cancelled my appointment without informing me of that. Had me waiting for hours. I finally called to check if they were still coming and told me no it had been cancelled by technician. I could have scheduled something else or did something else had I known earlier in the day. Very bad customer service.

They called me first, to see if they could arrive earlier than the appointment. They explained everything to me and informed me of things that will be needed in the near future. They still have excellent service, which is rare these days. As my Grandsons would say " 10 out of 10 for me!

I got this company to come out and do a cleaning on my dads chimney and Omar was very clean, efficient and informative. He did a full visual inspection and even new of the down draft issue based on what he saw. My dad was impressed and so was I. I would recommend him again.

They took pictures, made recommendations and gave us the news whether good or bad about what needed to be fixed They are a family owned company ! It’s super to know there are quality people like Jacob and his father ready and qualified. They finished the cleaning and assessment in one hour. Thanks.

I didn't technically use their services this time, however I did call them with a chimney related question that was very specialized. They called around to get me an answer, even though it would not make them a dollar, and got back to me within a couple of hours. I feel like I owe them a review for that alone, (although they never asked for that either) and would definitely trust them to do any work for me in the future! Very impressed with your customer service!

I had a situation I needed handled with speed, and they responded promptly and arrived with little wait time. When they arrived, they did an inspection and let me know what was going on. I was given a quote which contained all information and they made sure my questions were answered. The service provided was quick, competent and handled my issue. Not only that, but while here they noticed a tree branch rubbing up against my roof and damaging it and not only alerted me to this but also fixed it at no extra charge! Needless to say, I will be using them again and letting all of my friends know about them. I could tell they had been doing this for some time and knew what they were doing.

We've had some issues with a unique fireplace and the Chimney Sweep Experts were great at coming and cleaning and then providing an inspection that gave us some great insights and some solid next steps. They were easy to work with and every person, from the receptionist to the sweep to the inspector were kind and respectful. 100% will use again!

I could not believe the cost and repairs they stated that was needed. Basically they wanted to replace my entire fireplace. I had a second inspection and glad I did. Their cost of 11K went down to 529.

Just had a chimney cleaning - a 1 year check up. Mr Omar (who did all the original repairs to the chimney) showed up on time, was quick, efficient, and provided some great tips on how to maintain a healthy chimney.

I called this company to make an appointment for a inspection. They were very professional and courteous on the phone and quickly set me up with an appointment. The young lady was very knowledgeable about the kind of fireplace I had, since I didn’t know how to describe it. She looked it up on her mapping software and told me exactly what kind I had (it was a prefabricated one). I ended up having to cancel on them, (decided to take the fireplace out). But, by the quality of that phone call, I would definitely recommend them.

A+++ As a successful handyman, 20 years, I was impressed by the 2 men who came out to a 2 story building in the city I own. They were confident and knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They cleared the blocked flue from the roof and were thorough in letting me know what issues there were. Lexi, in the office was very easy to work with on scheduling, etc. I will hire them again for any flue work on any of my rentals.
