Jake from Safe Sweep stopped by to take a look at our fire place. He took drone footage of the outside and photos inside the stack, then showed me what the issues were. Next, he detailed what would be need to be replaced and showed what would be done. I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism of him and the company. Jake with Safe Sweep came out to our home in the beginning of October 2024 to remove a dead squirrel from the chimney and clean the chimney. The squirrel situation ended up being pretty involved and Jake helped me figure out the best solution without charging us.

Jake then came out 2 weeks later and cleaned the chimney/fireplace and replaced the cap on the fireplace. Jake was very easy to communicate with and was easy to schedule for service. Jake was professional and explained the whole process very well. The price was very fair and we are very happy with our service.

5 stars. We will continue to use Safe Sweep in the future for our fireplace and chimney needs.
