Ben and the crew have always done great work! They show up on time/early. Have everything they need. Very polite and friendly. Make sure any mess they make is cleaned up before they leave. Have used dirty ducts the last few years as others haven’t been able to get the job done. We will continue to use them in the future.

Alex and Travis did a great job in cleaning out the air ducts which were never cleaned. before. House was built in 1961. They were fast, efficient and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend these two again for anyone

I had asbestos encapsulated on furnace ducts - Ryan who did the assessment was very friendly and super responsive with questions. Doug was also very friendly, right on time and did quality work on the encapsulation which had some tight spots. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was helpful and friendly as well! It did take a couple weeks to hear back from scheduling but once that was started they were very responsive as well and had a number of options. Very happy with the service, thank you!

Dirty Ducts recently cleaned our home ducts. Sean provided a competitive quote as well as timely scheduling. Stephen was our Technician. He was very knowledgeable reviewing the process and answered questions. Stephen was very efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after all of the work. He provided before and after pictures plus answered any questions after completion. I would definitely recommend Dirty Ducts for any future projects.

A company with integrity. Everybody needs to have their ducts done the RIGHT WAY. But how would you ever know what the right way is unless you see what the DIRTY DUCTS people can do? My technicians Randy and Josh E we're very polite, clean, on time, kept me well informed of what they were doing and showed me pictures of what they saw along the way. They took off the vent panels and actually washed them as promised. Did the air conditioner fan, coils were not accessible on the second story as promised and they were very dirty now exceptionally clean. Randy and Josh E we're very respectful of my property, my pets, and all my furniture. The first two guys sent out did a hit a run, in and out in 40 min or less. Skipped pretty much everything. Luckily the company sent out Randy and Josh E in the same week and made it right It's as if no one else has ever done it before. An extra 5 star ✨ points for having Randy and Josh E come out today. 👍 I still didnt get a receipt after paying cash.

We had our chimney liner replaced. From the estimate to the finished job, the entire project was seamless! The team who did the work, led by Manuel, was courteous, respectful of our property, and worked hard the entire time they were here. Communication with the office staff was also a pleasant experience. After the work was completed, a follow-up call was made to our home by Sal to ensure we were satisfied with the job, which I appreciated. From start to finish we are completely satisfied with the work performed, the work ethic of the crew, and the great customer service we were provided. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Arrived when expected was polite and professional to do my chimney rebuild, above and beyond expectations cleaning up after they finished the work. They even fixed a shingle that was out of place and repaired and re-attached one of my gutters that was hanging off on their way down. Truly appreciated!

Our 65 year old chimney was causing damage to our heater. Our heater service company recommended A1 to install a new liner and ducting to it. They came out promptly and in a short amount of time had a new liner installed. Very pleased with new setup and how clean they left the work area.

Very happy with my three day rebuild of my oil furnac chimney. All crew members were fantastic including Chris for the estimate, Mikey, Angel, Melissa etc. I was introduced to my ach and they did their jobs very well being safe on my steep roof and in doing other things like cleaning my gutters and recaulking a window. I wasn't charged for the chimney cleaning which I appreciated since it had to have my whole chimney replaced with flashing. Great communications every day and follow up. Highly recommend.
