Josh and his team did an incredible job. They helped remove solar panels, took off two layers of shingles, roofed my large single-level house, and cleaned up in one day. Everyone was very friendly and their cleanup was phenomenal! I highly recommend them!

The products he uses are high quality and I have no worries that once Superior installs a roof, it will last and that any unforeseen and future problems would be handled quickly and an efficiently.

After receiving multiple bids from different roofing contracts, we decided to go with Superior for one, they had a staff person answering my call. They scheduled time when we would be home and the owner of the company himself came out to the house (vs other companies who bid based on records available online) and performed a very thorough assessment and gave us three bid options. We went with the middle one which was equivalent to the others we’d gotten from contractors. The bid was in writing and very detailed, The owner’s responsiveness to our texts and emails were very fast. They took off the two layers of existing old roof and replaced it with a new one in one day. Not only does the newly installed roof look amazing, absolutely no debris was left behind; not even one nail. They sent us an invoice online which had a link to their many payment options including easy financing with reasonably low fees (we chose to pay over 3-months and the fee was about 1.5% of the total job fee “financed.)

Josh and his crew at Superior just finished our roof replacement, and my wife and I are both beyond satisfied with the experience. Professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness are just as important for big jobs like this as quality, and they knocked all of the above out of the park.

As far as we’re concerned Leo with Royal Painting is the best painter in the valley! We’ve used 3 others and they don’t even compare. It had been 14 years since we painted our home, and after Leo skillfully painted the exterior and stained our weathered fence-Our home looks like new again ! He cared about our home as if it was his own and he did the painting himself. He was meticulous in detail and took time to do the job right. He was prompt and ready to go to work. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has a work ethic you don’t see much anymore. He was more than fair, honest, super polite and just a nice guy. Leo always left everything clean and tidy and didn’t damage any of our landscaping or flowers. We've found the best painter around and plan on having him do our interior next.

I watched Leo paint my neighbor’s house so beautifully and asked him to paint my home. Very professionally taped and tarped and expertly painted. The end result is lovely. I recommend this company.
