Having pool installed was the best decision ever! Second best decision was having Josh with TNA pool install! Loved working with these people. Super professional, very responsive and over flowing with knowledge they’re willing to share! Highly recommend! Added plus also super nice people! I went with the white which is simply stunning! I can’t love my pool enough!

TNA Pool and Spa was not our first bid - but it is Josh who got the job done! He is not a pushy sales person, but a geniune, hard working man who was going to show up to get the project done (not just send a work crew). He patiently answered every question, and every concern, we had along the way. Josh makes himself available to the customer after the sale as well - we have called him nights and weekends as we learn our equipment, he never is "put out" to help! Josh offered suggestions with concrete work, and his concrete contractor was fair in pricing and did a beautiful job on our stamped patio and surround. He also recommend a landscaper to reroute sprinklers and make the yard green again. TNA was recently out to winterize our pool and wrap up a few lingering projects, we can not wait for spring! Josh understands the investment in a Pool/Spa is substantial, he desires for his customers to be more than just satisfied - he is a builder of dreams!

Josh with TNA pools was great to work with! We were in the process of building a home, and had multiple delays along the way. Josh was very accommodating with the shifting timelines, and worked with us every step of the way. He was always very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, and we knew what was going on every step of the way. We feel Josh went above and beyond, as he got our pool ready for us to use prior to the home being complete, so we could use out pool after long days here working. We've continued to stay in contact with Josh and he has done additional work for us hauling dirt out of our property and a few other things. We would highly recommend Josh with TNA Pools.

This business owner, searched me on google, found my parents, called my mom, threatened my mom and told them they would sue me if my mom didn’t give them my phone number.

I am not a customer as the person who took my call two years ago was very rude and unprofessional. Seems as if their attitude hasn’t changed.

Absolutely the best around!
Not only is Randall professional, courteous and fast; he's one of the nicest guys around. Anytime there's an outage on the fence he's back immediately to fix it. It's hard to come by such great service these days. Absolutely the best company around. I highly recommend him!

We needed something that could keep our Siberian Husky from bolting over the fence any chance he got. I called and received a response quickly. He checked our lawn and was able to give us a price range and time limit right away. After the first week our dog was able to walk in our front yard unleashed! Randall was great and so are the products! We have had our fence around four months now, I show it off to anyone coming over, and I’m still impressed!

We had Randall come up to our house to work with our 1 1/2 year old lab as well as 4 month old puppy. Randall stepped each dog through the boundary and got them use to the collars and the wireless fence boundary. He came to our house 3 times to complete the training with the dogs and both dogs are responding amazing. It is a good feeling to know that our dogs are safe in their boundary and it was a pleasure to work with Randall. He spent quality time working with each dog and fully understand the best approach to training dogs.

Our HiddenPetfence was installed by Randall about 10 years. Have a new young dog and wanted to train him to stay in the yard. When we turned on the collar, the control panel starting beeping so we knew we had a broken wire somewhere. Randall come by, found and fixed it, reset the system after non use for 9 years, and set up up for indoor training before we move to the yard. the indoor system can be taken to our cabin so we can continue to train him that way.
Randall was a delight to work with and really knows dogs! Highly recommend him and HiddenPetfence!
