IFS was contracted by Granite Construction at Spar Canyon Substation to do drilling onsite. The crew that was sent to my site were top notch individuals who were very safety conscious, very descriptive with there tailboard or THA. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of the services that they provide.

Gutter install was good. Worked quickly, I barely wouldve known they came! Charged an extra $50 for removing trim which made the little job I needed done pricier than I'd hoped.

Had Boise gutter come out to add screens to my gutters. While here, Josh, the repairman, found several problem areas where my gutters were leaking and not working properly. Had him comeback to fix those areas as well. Josh went out of his way to notice these problem areas and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We waited two weeks after the initial appt for our gutters to get fixed; get a call on a Friday saying they will call Monday to let us know what time they will be at our house that day. We take work off to wait all day for them to call us and they never did. They end up calling us the next day to schedule something, we tell them we can’t take another day off of work to wait for them to come out and they proceed to tell us to call the office to reschedule with no apology or understanding that they put us out! We will be going with another company.

They came out right away and did a very good job. To put gutters around my entire house took about two hours and they look great!

Showed up when they said they would. Gutters were up in place, all done within a couple of hours. Excellent job, looks great! Absolutely would recommend their service to anyone.

We've used this crew a few times to fine tune roof drainage up here in McCall. They're great! They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. Their work looks great, and is working very well.

Was fairly frustrated with my experience with Boise gutter. I hired them to put in a downspout on a customer's house. Estimate was very specific and stated the downspout would be centered on a stone column coming off of a second story patio. Estimate also stated that they would use stand-off's to allow them to center it due to a stone sticking out a little ways.

When I showed up to check out their work, I found the downspout was off center to avoid the rock instead of using standoffs as was stated on the estimate. The drain is centered...the downspout is not which makes it really obvious. Your employees should have called before installing the downspout differently then what was stated on the estimate.

When I called and spoke with someone, I was told the person I needed to speak with was out of the office but they would give me a call back. They sent the bill but never called. Poor first experience.

From start to finish, everything went great. We have had them to do installations in the past and all went well too. They certainly are very good at what they do. I would not take any gutter business of mine to anyone else.

Effective and affordable! They actually redid the gutters I had done by another company that failed, and were too hard to work with to get it right. I highly recommend - call Boise Gutter first.

Crew was excellent and added on to copper gutters they had installed originally nearly 20 years ago. Nothing wrong with the old work, just needed an update. That says alot about quality of work in snow country!

Highly recommend. We needed new gutter for a patio project. Tom was great to work with as was the entire team. The work was performed quickly and looks great. This is the third project we have used Boise Gutter and have been happy each time.

Repairing gutters that you didn’t install is an easy job to pass. We tried unsuccessfully to repair an ice damaged gutter. Then, we contacted Boise Gutter. They set a schedule to examen and make a plan for remediation. They did as promised! We are verily grateful for their good and timely work.

Boise Gutter has been cleaning our Church gutters for several years and always does a excellent job. My only disappointment is they failed to contact me the day of service as I had requested.

They did an excellent job with removing our old 10' gutter and replacing it with one that ran the full length of the rear of the house. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for gutter work.

These guys are great. I have had them do my office, house and four rentals. Never had had any problems with the rain gutters since. Great to work with on time and done quickly.
