I spent a significant amount of time looking for a gutter company that had fascia gutters. I finally called Boise Gutter. Jeff was out to meet with me within a few days, provided a very reasonable quote, and ordered the needed material.

The two installers on my project were very neat, professional and did an excellent job.

Fast forward one year…. I installed a paver walkway and needed to change the direction of one downspout. Tom from Boise Gutter was out within two days of my call to discuss the change. The following day Tom returned with the necessary parts and completed my requested revision. When I asked Tom how much I owed, he said “No charge. It’s all part of their service”.

Nice local company. I appreciate that they employ a woman to install gutters. Did a great job and communication with installers was good. From bid to install took awhile as they are very busy. Have had Boise Gutter at different places and am never disappointed.

I had a totally positive experience using Boise Gutter. They replaced part of my gutters and levelled the rest. They installed gutter screens to keep the leaves out. Nick and Avery were the installers. They were on time and cleaned up after they were finished. Jeff in the office was also very good to work with.

Josh took exceptional time and effort to walk me through what was happening during the construction/installation, and extremely accomodating to changes in priject scope. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening as well as the next several steps during the entire process.

The huge thing is the customer service that Josh provides after the completion of installation. I cannot empasize this enough! Almost a year later, Josh is still available for guidance and answering questions on system operations and maintenance.

We had gone back and forth on wanting to have a pool installed with our new home. We started reaching out to several businesses, some we never heard back from at all. One we met with went over some options said they would send us an estimate and timeline by the end of the week. We had to reach back out to them to receive the information. They told us it would be two years before they could start! We ended up finding TNA Pool & Spa, and honestly it was the easiest process. I highly recommend TNA Pool & Spa! The owner (Josh) is the perfect mix between professional and authentic. I hired TNA because of Josh, I could tell he was a stand up guy, and I was right. I'm a stickler for both the finished product and the process, communication and follow-through are high on my list of priorities. TNA delivered on all fronts and we love of our pool! They handled everything from demo, to subcontracting our concrete work, and of course, putting that beautiful pool in! Josh with TNA provides exceptional customer service! We needed a part that was a week out and when he heard we had planned a pool party and didn’t have the part we needed, he found it locally and serviced our heater the next day! He goes above and beyond to help us out and this isn’t the first time he’s come through for us! He has been so great to work with!
