We have been working with Randell for over 5yrs now and at two different properties. He goes above and beyond. He has trained 3 of our dogs to use the fence system. Randell knows dogs! We recommend him to everyone we know and the hidden pet fence system is a much more cost effective way to keep your fur babies in the yard. 10/10. Thanks Randell!!

Randall is the ultimate pro and pet lover. His attention to detail is fantastic and customer service A+. We are have landscaping done this summer but wanted to get the hidden fence in place prior to the work as our bulldog Chet won’t stop eating rocks! Randall put down temporary wiring and coming back for free when landscaping is done to finalize. He is kind, knowledgeable and a great guy to talk too. Don’t hesitate- beat the competition by more than half the price which was the icing on the cake!

Randall installed our pet fence in 2018, and was so helpful and patient in explaining how everything worked. He stayed to walk me through the training process, and even coached me and gave me a few tips as I worked with our dog while he observed.
The hidden fence has given us peace of mind when we are enjoying our outdoor space, and the small unit for inside the house helped reinforce our training indoors for spaces that were off-limits.

The customer service has been incredible.
In September of 2020, one of our hidden fence lines was cut during landscaping. Randall came out, located the cut line, and fixed it free of charge!
Then, this week, one of our lines was cut AGAIN during landscape work, and again Randall promptly responded, repairing the line quickly and without charge, (despite my insistence!)
We have recommended this product, and Randall, to several neighbors, who have also been very satisfied. Nothing but a positive experience all the way around.

Randall helped us several years ago with a hidden fence I installed several years ago. Of course I screwed things up, including the training. He came out and got me all straightened out. What stood out was his love for animals and his desire to provide great service.

We have a new pup now and needed to resurrect our dormant hidden fence that had multiple broken lines from sprinkler line repairs and tree roots. I couldn’t find Randall’s contact info so I called a company that I thought was his. Once they arrived, I realized it wasn’t Randall and that I called a different group. I figured I’d let them give me a quote. I was pretty put off because he wanted to bury all new line without even testing for line breaks.

Once that company left, I found Randall’s contact info, thank goodness! Our pup had just taught herself how to jump the fence! We had a scheduled day for Saturday and Randall called back and said he had something open up on Friday if I’d like to take it. He came out, fixed all our breaks, trained us on the new system, trained our pup, checked in the next day, and plans to come back for follow up training!

Randall’s passion for serving his customers and his love for animals sets him far apart from this other company.

We have contracted with Randall the Hidden Pet Fence owner for about 15 years. He has helped us to train four dogs over the years with the hidden pet fence. We feel sure that not only is Randall the very best value, he also is great with the dogs, responsive every time we have a question or a need. He is hard working and all of the equipment he using has passed the test of time. We have yet had to replace the wiring or had a problem with the perimeter of the fence. He comes out and trains in a very positive and simple way. Our dogs/puppies are trained in a short period of time it is a game changer for sure.
Randall also installed a doggie door and it has worked beautifully for 14 plus years. It look and works like it’s brand new still. No hesitation all all to recommend Randall. I have referred every friend who asks or needs this for their dogs. They have ALL reported back that they love their Hidden Pet Fence and love Randall. Great guy. We didn’t know Randall before using his services. This review is specific to our experience. (Not just giving a good review for a friend or relative)

There is no other option that can measure to Hidden Pet Fence! GPS or any other mechanism falls completely short. We have been with this company going on for 10 years. We just set up our third set of puppies on this system. The owner came out, fixed any hardware issues, and conducted the puppy training (best service out there because it cut down on the transition). Remember, you get what you pay for. For the money, this company is 5 start for product, 5 star for customer service and 5 star for value for the product!

The Kincaids were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Honest, professional, and high attention to detail. The quality of their work speaks for itself! Would recommend them to anyone and will be consulting them on future builds.

Since Kincaid Construction is a family owned business, you work directly with the owners every step of the way. They even installed my permanent outdoor lighting. My house is now my home, thanks to Kincaid Construction!

They did an excellent job on a complete Removal and replacement. The workman ship Is excellent the clean up Around the house looks very good. Cannot tell that they were here.

Found a leak in my garage during a storm. Superior was the 3rd contractor I attempted to set an appointment up with and he was able to come out the following day. He found the source of the leak and was able to make a repair to it on the spot. Joshua was professional and performed the work well. I will contact him for any future roofing needs.

Superior Roofing was at my home on Friday 9-24-21 to replace one or more shingles. Ryan did the work correctly and quickly. The biggest surprise was that the repairs were so minor that they did not charge me anything. When does that happen to a senior lady on a budget ??? When I need my roof replaced, I will certainly contact Superior Roofing again.

Josh was very personable and seemed very genuine and real when he came to do the quote. Ultimately, it was his personality during the meeting that led us to have him complete our projects over the other numerous quotes we received. Prices were all comparable.

Josh was a dream to work with. He and his son were very professional and quick. They not only did the work fast, but also did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. He went above and beyond.

I am a Treasure Valley Property Manager and one of the homes that I manage had hail and weather damage that was covered by the owner's insurance. Josh at Superior Roofing inspected the damage and quickly submitted an estimate, a proposed starting date and said the job would be complete in 2 days.

The job was completed on time and at budget over a 2 day period. The owner and I would not be any more pleased with the quality of the roof and the professionalism of Superior Roofing and Josh.

Josh knows his business well and is an old hand at the trade. He recently roofed two residences for my family and the work was excellent. His experience has not led to him being casual or cutting corners. I have learned from his product how it is to be done. Josh is clean and thorough in all that he does. I wouldn't recommend any other roofer.

After just purchasing our new home, we discovered some roof leaks.
