Christian and the Tier-1 team are amazing to work with. Today, our Tesla-2 home charger was installed. Crew showed up on time, very friendly, answered all our questions and the clean-up was impeccable.

We had Tier 1 do all the electrical for our master bathroom and guest bath remodel, which included a new electrical panel and pendant install in our Master bedroom.
They were always on time, respectful, and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Christian and his team for all electrical needs!

Today I contacted Bright Works to arrange to bring a lamp in to be fixed. The light bulb socket had come loose and I was unable to fix it. I got a call back within a couple of hours and the technician walked me through fixing it myself! Great service.

Giving a shout out to thank Clint Thompson for the work he did restoring my lamp that I had stored away for several years and not knowing that it wasn't working or who to call, a lighting store referred Clint to me and I'm glad I followed up on her referral because I am so very pleased to have the lamp back and working again, and better looking than when I gave it to him. Scammers! They moved, won't answer phones, super terrible company, solar doesn't work. Can't get money back.

Scammers and shady business practices. Would not do business with ever. “Installed” solar, never got it working and now won’t answer calls. STAY AWAY.

I'm totally frustrated with this company, system went down soon after install. Said they would reimburse us for down time, that was over a year ago. Now can't even get someone to answer a phone.
