Konnor Hale from Horizon AMP'd has done all of the electrical work on our house. He is professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. After completing the work he is still responsive to any questions. We will request all electrical work to be done by Konnor as he does a wonderful job.

Installation of the Span panel went flawlessly. We were told ahead of time what to expect, and all our questions were answered at every step. The panel and the app are so easy to use. It gives me usage info, and control of everything from wherever I am. Even if you're not a technical person, the app gives you an easy to use tutorial. I'm very pleased with my new Span smart panel. I was skeptical at first. They initially contacted me by knocking on the door telling me that the electrical codes have updated and that the electrical boxes used when our house was built were a fire hazard. I had been worried about that myself and knew I would need to do something before adding anything. I don’t usually hire contractors that go door to door but it’s so hard to get an electrician out these days, so after some checking I kind of jumped at the opportunity. They upgraded me from 100 amp to 200 amp service and added a spa hookup and a 50 Amp hookup for my RV. The electrician they sent over, Justin, was a really great guy. Courteous and respectful of me, my home and my family. He explained everything in a way I could easily understand. I would 1000% recommend these guys.

We are in the process of turning a garage/workshop in McCall into a cabin, and we are in our third year of this conversion. Kurtis has been with us throughout our project, and he has been amazing. He is extremely helpful and patient, assisting us when we have to make confusing or difficult decisions. He is reliable, always showing up on time and ready to do the work. He is an incredible communicator, sending texts and calling promptly whenever possible. He is honest, his work ethic is demonstrated each time he completes another segment of our project. He goes above and beyond what is expected of an electrician. He treats his employees with respect and fairness. If only all contractors were like Kurtis.

This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever had. If your not a contractor I don't think they want your business. I asked for a specific part and they told me it wasn't code and had to do it a different way. I pulled up the code on my phone a proved to them my way was the right way and theirs was incorrect. They then said "only an idiot would do it that way" funny though I later asked the electrical inspector and he said I did it the correct way and when I told him how they suggested he laughed out loud. Don't trust anything these guys tell you and go to Plat electric which is just around the corner. Got my parts there and the job came out great.

Your technician, in your truck, was on his phone instead of watching traffic, causing multiple vehicles to miss the light. He then sat at the light, turned right on red, no signal, after sitting. Then he changed multiple lanes without signaling. We went to get on the freeway after this and he tried to side swipe us while he tried to merge into our lane, honking, yelling, and both he and the passenger were flipping us off. We were in the left lane and had the right away.
I called your so called 24/7 service and was not allowed to speak with a human being.
Seems like an all together crap company!!
