I recently bought electrical supplies from Platt, and there was an issue with one of the items. However, the lengths they went to in making things right have earned a customer for life! They went far above and beyond, and the attitude of whoever I spoke to on the phone was always polite (in spite of my crankiness). Since they took such good care of me, I will always shop Platt and recommend them to others.

I needed help sourcing a couple of small parts, and my small job was treated like a big job. I can’t say enough good things about the attentive service and eye for detail at this location. Special shout out to AJ for his help with my order.

I called and they "redirected" me to a professional of their company and the individual that picked up was Idaho Solar....kind of hard to be a reputable business when you cant get your customers to the right profession, let alone your own company. Hilarious fail

Very satisfied with the service I received from the electricians of this electrical company. I’m a construction contractor and I often outsource tasks that involve wiring and installation of panels, fixtures, and switches. They always finish projects on schedule and the work is always professional.

Very responsive and accommodating. I called them to send out an electrician to fix my breaker that kept tripping and affecting another breaker due. He found out after the diagnostics that there was a problem with the previous installation, that is why it was acting that way. He was professional and left things in safe and clean conditions. Looks like I got a new electrician.

Ricky has had to come and clean up an absolute disaster that Nicholas Buck with North American Solar made on my property. 96 solar panels later and I am still getting $400-$500 power bills every month that he refused to correct. I now know that Nicholas Buck used subpar electrical wire, wired too many panels on each run, used Solaredge Equipment that needed 5G updating within months of my install, costing me additional $1500. Nick lied about my tax credits and USDA grants and then refused to repair his work while I still have a huge solar payment I've been paying each month in addition to my excessive Idaho power bills. Ricky, from Marvel Electric, has been donating his time to fix a job he didn't install to begin with. Do not listen to Nicholas Buck's review as he is a liar and a cheat - I'm working on a complaint with Idaho State Secretary of State office and Bureau of Occ licenses to investigate Nicholas Buck and ban him from ever doing business in Idaho again.

We purchased a home and had a complete mess of wiring inside AND outside. Ricky got all of our outlets properly and safely wired up, and working. Outside we needed a working outlet and not only did he make that happen but went above and beyond and replaced the outlet and cover itself.
