The installer was absolutely great. Even let us know about potential problems with roof.

The job at my home was done in a timely manner, installer arrived at time scheduled, worked steady all day till job was completed.
Cleaned up well after the job was completed, invited me to check to see if work was done to my satisfaction! Asked if I had any questions or concerns! I was very pleased with the placement of Leaf Filters, just wish I had done it several years earlier!

High pressure sales at a way over price then drop the price down over and over until you finally sign on. The system is terrible and doesn’t work. Water flows over the gutters where there never was issues before. Call them out and then put up an ugly wall systems and makes it worse where the water runs around the walls and off the gutters. I would not recommend this company because of the high pressure sales, cost, poor customer service, and systems works poorly. Customers beware!!

Technicians arrived on time and completed the install as expected. Very happy with the result.

This company tried to scam my 85 year old grandma. For one new gutter and leaf filter guards for a single 1,100 sqft. home they were going to charge her $8,864. Luckily my mom and I caught this in time before she would be held responsible for the payment. When we called to cancel they said they would charge $3,890 to avoid us canceling. That's over 50% less! If you can discount a job by that much you're clearly over charging and taking advantage of an older person. They also said the $8,864 included a 15% discount, a military discount and a senior discount. Bunch of crooks!

This company preys on the elderly. Our parents were charged over $14k (after discounts of $6k) for installation on a single story 1,000 sq ft house. This is 3 times more than the highest average price listed on their website. Not only did they overcharged them, they also broke a mounted camera and refused to replace it. We have asked repeatedly for documentation for the work done to justify the cost and we’ve gotten nothing from them except excuses for why they can’t provide it. Beware before doing business with them.

The sales representative, Stephen,, was punctual, polite and very well knowledged. He took the time to show me the pictures of the gutters and problem areas of my house. I also appreciated seeing a sample of the product. The installers were also punctual and did a great job installing, realigning and cleaning my gutters. I highly recommend LeafFilter.

We made an appt to talk to a LeafFilter rep via the LeafFilter web site. The rep showed up exactly on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. The rep took measurements of the house, explained and demonstrated the product and got us a solid quote within an hour. We accepted the quote that day and the rep made arrangements for the installation the next morning. We had LeafFilter installed on our 2-story house in one day - by one very impressive, hardworking installer. The entire process was so easy for us and we had the relief of knowing we wouldn’t ever have to clean scary-high gutters again! We are truly big fans and recommend it to every homeowner!

Installed a customer gutter guards wrong. Roofer came by 2 years later and notice gutter guards were installed completely wrong. Said it was no longer covered under warranty even though they are responsible for a completely botched install. This company also overcharges for everything after a way over priced system. Much better companies to use than Leaf Filter.

They arrived several hours late, installation was poorly done and unfinished. They also left two screws on my driveway behind my car. The company now wants my credit card to "collect their money" prior to completing the job.

Very professional and efficient installation! Great pricing! Highly recommend!

I WANT A REFUND!!

A month ago we got the filters installed. During installation they lifted our shingles (which you can clearly see when looking at the house from the street). When we were sold this product we were promised that our shingles would not be touched which was the main reason we went with this company.

Thankfully it rained the same day of installation so we were able to see that due to the shingles being lifted it caused the water to puddle on the roof and leak in-between the gutters and the roof onto our porch. It rained the day before and there was no leakage. This is a massive problem because not only will it cause rot, but it will also cause mold that will reach to the rest of our roof and house.

We have called numbers times and had two managers come out and they both gaslit us telling us it was the roofs age causing the shingles to lift up which is not the case because we just bought this house 2 months ago and had an EXTENSIVE inspection. The managers also tried to fix their mistake and added silicon under the shingles which obviously didn't work. We also had a roofer and contractor out to look at the roof and both said the leaking is due to leaf filter.

We greatly over paid, had a poor job done AND now have to spend more to get our roof fixed and gutters adjusted to be lower (which were raised). I WANT A REFUND because this is ridiculous. I don't trust them to fix it which is why I want a refund. I work in social media marketing and work with high up people and will do what I can to get the word out there that the quality of this product, the price and service is NOT worth it .

The local salesperson, Steve lied to us on several items. He stated that all gutters would be taken down, lined realigned and reattached with clips instead of the existing nails. None of that happened. We called the area manager who stated all of those items are on an "if necessary" basis. Steve also stated that he gave us the best price possible. It was an extremely high cost at $6600, but according to all the value and work we were supposed to get we thought it must be normal. When I looked at other reviews to see if others had the same problem, I saw that we should have negotiated the price to roughly 1/4 of what we paid! The salesperson is extremely dishonest and unprofessional , rambling on for hours talking about his other businesses and personal life, and saying that a woman he talked to earlier was rude because she asked him to stop talking for so long. They rush to do the installation as soon as he tricks you into signing, hoping you won't get the chance to read the many reviews about the real price and worthless warranty.

The service was just completed two days ago. So we don't yet know how the product works. However, we cannot give enough praise to the installer. He was respectful of our property and worked around obstacles to complete the job.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! got it installed October, 2023. within the last 9 months, I have had them out 5 times to clean roof grit off their filtershield product. every time it rains, the roof grit accumulates in two spots and water flows over the gutter and right down my crawl space. I've had the inspector out twice, local and regional managers out once. their answer is that this is regular maintenance and that i need to purchase a U=shaped attachment for my leaf blower to clean it off.
Before leaffilter, i cleaned my gutters out once year. after leaffilter, i have to clean the roof grit off every time it rains.
Do your research before you buy this product. they have been sued multiple times for this exact problem and have settled class action suits.

I’m happy to rate a 5. The salesman was very helpful and courteous. The men who installed the product were polite thoughtful. They kept us informed of what they did and cleaned everything up when they finished.

This fine gentleman arrived on a Friday afternoon, dressed to impress in sweats, a backwards cap, and a single AirPod — the universal uniform of professionalism. He interrupted my lunch to announce he’d be in the neighborhood this weekend and wanted to know if I needed my gutters cleaned.

Unfortunately, his sales pitch began by ignoring the clearly displayed “No Soliciting” sign posted right next to the door he was knocking on — and I can only assume he wasn’t carrying a solicitor’s license either. If this is the company’s idea of outreach, perhaps the first training module should cover literacy, basic presentation, and the law — ideally before sending employees out to interrupt people’s lunches.

I am only giving the 2nd star because the corporate customer service folks are courteous, friendly, and seemed to genuinely be concerned for my issues; however, that is where it stops. Do not expect to receive a warranty refund at the local level. After several service calls I finally said I wanted the system removed and work on getting at the very least a partial refund. It is supposed to have a 100% satisfaction warranty; however, I was told the leaf filter is doing exactly what it is supposed to do by not allowing debris to get into the gutters, but in my case one major flaw, shingle dust and mastic stick to the screen not allowing my gutters to function as designed at all. Instead, the water either hydroplanes off the gutter or finds the least point of resistance. Water finds a place to leak behind or at a joint. Either way, I am left with falling water right at the foot of my foundation. This is what gutters are truly designed to do, keep the water away from the foundation. This is a major issue, Now I am being told they cannot remove the leaf filter. Cannot or will not is the real question. When I showed the local manager the pictures below I asked if the leaf filter is working correctly why is there a ton of mud and build up in my gutter? His reply was his installer must not have cleaned the gutter out prior to install. Really?! That says plenty about the quality of work they are doing right there.
Save yourself thousands of dollars and huge disappointment.
Do not install the Leaf Filter system.

I will continue to post the how much this system is trash. They won’t warranty their product! Wish I could add video. Absolute junk!!

The installation team showed up on time and were very respectful of us and our home. In fact, one of them saw a problem with a vent on my roof and offered to fix it for free. Most companies wouldn’t go the extra mile. Very happy so far.

These guys were great. Really nice people, easy to deal with, and when it came to getting the work done very professional and right on time.leaf filter is a company I Would recommend to anyone who is looking to have gutters put on their homes. I give them more than a 5 star rating.
