We hired Alliance to come in do a full house carpet cleaning. They were incredibly friendly, informative, on time, professional and they did an amazing job! Our downstairs carpet is very stained and worn and they made it look better than it did when we moved it! We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you Alliance!!!

Alliance Carpet Cleaning does a great job. It has been years since we have had our floors cleaned and we desperately needed them to be done. We have dogs and kids and they certainly have done their damage. Alliance came in and did magic on our floors…carpet and hardwood, cleaned our mattresses and all of our child stained dining room chairs. We were so happy with their quality job, their pricing and the ease of getting a good job done right. You cannot go wrong using them for your needs.

I was looking for an affordable Boise carpet cleaning service and I found Alliance Carpet Cleaning. Chad and his crew were quick, efficient and had reasonable prices. Whether you live in Boise, Meridian or Eagle, I would definitely recommend these guys.

We have Devon clean the carpets at our Cafe monthly. We have also had them clean carpets in our home. They do an amazing job, the carpets come out perfectly every time even with all of the heavy foot traffic and grease tracked out from the kitchen. Devon and Chad are friendly and easy to work with. They accommodate our Cafe schedule and are very fairly priced. We highly recommend!

The guys at Alliance are the professionals that we call for our carpets. We have 2 dogs as well as ourselves; now and again we track in mud, a dog has an accident, or we spill soy sauce😅. The first service that Alliance performed blew us away! Previous companies left the carpets impossibly wet, there was a noticeable lingering smell (mildewy), and they didn't offer a true steam clean. Devin and Chad ensured that the moisture was manageable, the carpets smelled great (I felt excited to lay on the ground with the dogs!), and they use high-performance steam cleaning equipment. The last thing that ensured us that we made a great choice in choosing Alliance is that Devin and Chad are personable, respectful, and hard-working gentlemen. Using a local company that pays attention to detail is second to none when hiring for services at our home. This is a rave review for a company that deserves it. Chad and his team have cleaned my carpets twice now (downstairs then upstairs), and the value is unmatched. My carpets have turned out great both times and I'm very pleased with the results. Both times, I've been treated as good as a customer can be and that makes all the difference in the world.

Where do I begin?? Quick responses. Chad was amazing with communication. Him and his coworker were quick about cleaning the carpets in my 2 bedroom townhouse (done in about 45 minutes). I am not usually good about leaving reviews but my experience with Alliance Carpet Cleaning left me WANTING to leave a review! I am new to Boise and had a relatively small job...1 room with carpet...1 room a large area rug..and several smaller area rugs. I had called several well known and recommended companies and was told my job was too small and not worth their time. Chad and Devin were just great. They were courteous and very professional. They did a beautiful job and my carpets and rugs look like new. I can't thank them enough for taking this small job

Got our carpets cleaned today. We have been using these guys since they started and we are always blown away by the detail and how clean our carpets are by the end. They aren’t soaking wet and find the spots that need a little more love(5 animal household here). We have tried at least 3 other companies and these guys are by far the best. Highly recommend!!

Devon and Chad did an amazing job! They got to my house exactly on time and were very professional. They cleaned all the carpets in my house plus 2 upholstered recliners in just under an hour and a half. I am so impressed with how well they did, especially considering I have 3 large dogs and a cat that shed quite a bit. My carpet now looks the same as it did when I moved in. Massive shout out to these two, I would 100% recommend going through this company for all carpet cleaning needs.

Steph’s cleaning services are really good, communication was easy and the outcome of the work in my kitchen area and bathroom and the stains in my living room both upstairs and downstairs was really good, i am definitely calling them again very soon. am planning to be a regular customer.

A terrible experience overall.

Owner takes zero accountability for any problems brought to her attention. She could barely be bothered to answer the phone. Even when cleaners failed to arrive at sometimes both the properties we had serviced.

Communication was almost non existent. 4 of the 5 times we had them clean the cleaner showed up 1-3 hours late.

Simple, timely communication could have helped massively but it was never provided.

When we did get communication…what we finally got after hours of no reply was “excuses” and “explanations”that only aim to dismiss the situation. It was very unprofessional. It felt like arguing with a narcissistic high schooler unable to see their role in anything.

Scheduling issues were not isolated events and occurred 4 of the 5 times we had them clean. We were told we’d have one cleaner, however hands changed frequently and we rarely saw the same cleaner which was not part of our original agreement.

Due to changing hands with multiple cleaners the cleans were inconsistent. Often times missing basic things like making beds, cleaning windows or leaving oily streaks on surfaces.

Simple cleaning mistakes happen, Understanding schedule conflicts that might arise is doable and easy to work around…with COMMUNICATION. This is impossible when your ghosted.

When we finally did cancel services the owner demanded to hear it from my wife? As if my canceling wasn’t enough.

My wife then got a rant via text message. It was paragraph upon paragraph attempting to turn it around on us the client as the problem.

I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a cleaning service provider.

Steer clear of this one.
