Tara, Walt and their team are amazing! They get my whole house sparkling clean in a short amount of time. They are extremely accommodating for cleaning things the way I want them done and using products that I like. They always show up on time and have really worked with my schedule to make it work for both of us. They are very honest and trustworthy. I couldn’t ask for a better cleaning crew for my home. We have been using Jean's cleaning service for over a year. They do an excellent job. Angie is so sweet and thoughtful, she always checks with me before starting the vacuum as we have a newborn. I would absolutely recommend Jean's cleaning service. They do quality work, are great with communication and are genuinely kind people.

I chose this company because I loved that they had clear lists of what would be done in each room. I booked them to come clean the day before I had out of town company coming, and when I got home that evening was so disappointed. I had to re-mop the kitchen floor, vacuum all the carpets again (especially edging), clean the kitchen sink, empty all the garbage, finish scrubbing the countertop on the kitchen island, there was still garbage on one of the bathroom floors. I had to do all that cleaning after working till after midnight and before company came. Reached out to the owner who offered to send someone out to finish cleaning the areas that weren't done, but I had already had to do it. That's why I scheduled the cleaning for when I did, because I needed it completed that day!
