I have found that as I have gotten older, it has been a little harder, keeping up around the house. Hiring The Cleaning Authority has been the best decision I have ever made. Blessings to all individuals that work at this company as they work very hard and do a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.

Cleaning Authority, what can I say? They are a great company. We pulled them in on a construction clean job that was a challenge to say the least. There was some challenges with the client and the expectations that were set, but Missy and their crew made a huge 180 for the client’s perspective. Definitely recommend them.

I always look at the carpet on the stairs. Because I have large black dogs, light carpet and stairs are annoying.

I’ve had cleaning services before, but not like this. The gals were so friendly to our pets and our kids, but quick, efficient and did an impeccable job. I love that used natural products and my doors and baseboards have never looked so clean. Highly recommend.

I’ve never had someone clean my house, but I’m so glad I have services from The Cleaning Authority now while recovering from foot surgery. My house looks great when they are finished!! They also make up my bed each week as an add on service and I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to give that up, they make a way better bed than I do!! Everyone has been friendly, efficient and the app allows me to see when they will arrive. Each week they let me know which zone will receive extra focus and what the following week’s extra will be. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority.

Kimber and Arielle were phenomenal! We only got a one time clean but they got more done in the allotted time then I anticipated, while also being wonderful with communicating with us during the whole clean as we were out of the house. Couldn’t recommend them and this business more, great job!!!

The Cleaning Authority did such a wonderful job cleaning our home just before our listing photos. The women who did our cleaning were very nice and professional, and incredibly thorough in their attention to detail!! So many items were a pleasant surprise to discover afterward where they went above and beyond to clean! I would highly recommend them!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for a number of years. The company has been wonderful and easy to work with. They are flexible, fair, highly dependable, and transparent. They do a excellent job of training their staff but some turnover in this line of work is inevitable. The company has always addressed my rare complaint in a timely and considerate manner and I feel they have our backs. They do rotate staff, however, and on a couple of occasions we got a new cleaner who didn't do as good a job as previous ones. I am very happy with the company over all and don't think you could find a better service in the valley, so I am comfortable giving them five stars. I would also echo another reviewer who acknowledged their kindness and positive attitude. Further, our last cleaners, Audrey and Kailyann did an outstanding job and deserve a shout out.

We love Payton and Kali, who cleaned our house the day before Halloween. We love how they are very kind and attentive to details.

I've used a few different cleaning services in the past, but the Cleaning Authority is my favorite. They are very quick to respond to any communication that I send and to correct any cleaning that was overlooked. Their staff are always very considerate of my son. He has autism and his sensitive to the sound of the vacuums. They're also good with my dogs. One is very friendly and the other shy. They've never once let one of them escape out the door.
Lindsay and Shayla did an excellent job on today's clean! Lindsay in particular, was very helpful and kind. I would love to see this team again in the future. Thank you!

We recently had wood flooring installed and dust flew everywhere. We hired The Cleaning Authority to come in and deep clean the house as a result. The crew communicated their arrival time, was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. The house is cleaner now than what it was before the install. Definitely would recommend.
