With our last clean through Boise Cleaning Fairy, April went above and beyond with her service and finishing touches. The floors looked great, the faucets sparkled and it brought a smile to my face with the way she professionally (and artistically) folded our towels. She even asked that I double-check her work to make sure I was satisfied. I see house cleaning service as a luxury and so appreciate that she made it that way for us. Thank you April!

Update 5/3/24 - We had to change our cleaning date today because one of my fairies was ill. Sylvia, the office manager, was an excellent communicator, and got me rescheduled quickly! Today Chelsea and Kaesha came, and once again, my house is perfect! We even scheduled out the next two cleanings with some minor changes! Chelsea assured me that my fairies could absolutely do whatever I needed! Love that service!

Update 4/25/24 - I LOVE my fairies! Kendall and Chelsea LOOK for dirty things to clean! And they did it again! Kendall cleaned the casing on the INSIDE of my laundry closet! I NEVER do that! It was pretty gross up there. Then the two of them decided to tackle the dust and hair behind my very heavy oak bedside dressers! That's like a once a year deal for me, but they were thrilled to have accomplished it! They're awesome!

Another update - 4/2/24 - Today, Kendall took the rubber gasket out of my garbage disposal and cleaned off all the gunk! I would challenge anyone to find another cleaning service who would do that! Love my fairies team!

Update - 3/19/24 - Kendall and Chelsea cleaned our home today, and they were AMAZING! Such attention to detail! And it was very important to them that I was happy with the results! I most certainly was! I LOVE my cleaning Fairies!

At first, I was concerned when Happy Homes was purchased by Boise Cleaning Fairy - but I needn't have been! Sylvia and Monica (originally from Happy Homes) arrived as promised for my initial cleaning, and I was stunned by what an excellent job they did! My house just sparkles from top to bottom - Best. Christmas. Present. Ever! I knew from previous experience that Happy Homes did excellent work. I hope the owner of Boise Cleaning Fairy recognizes what gems he has acquired! I couldn't be happier and am thrilled that Boise Cleaning Fairy is going to keep my house looking great!

Today I had to be away from home when Macy from Boise Cleaning Fairy arrived. I spoke to her thru the speaker to help her get in. Macy has never been to my home and she was alone to do my home. She did a remarkable job which I am very happy with. Defiantly recommend Boise Cleaning Fairy.

Celeste and Kendall did an amazing job cleaning our home. Our home is Picked up, but dusty, they dusted the whole house, including all the fans, walls and baseboards, they also cleaned the sliding glass doors and some windows. We are very pleased. Thank you girls

Fransisco came by and did an amazing job. The added flare in the hand towels and toilet paper was just icing. I’ll do this again. I’m very impressed.

After booking with Boise Cleaning Fairy last year for an annual clean, I booked with them again this month and was SO impressed with their results! The team that came out and cleaned - Monika, Sylvia, and Keasha - did an absolutely impeccable job in an impressive time. I'd hired a previous cleaner that took 4 days to clean the house - they finished the entire house in 6 hours and it was spotless. I'm hiring them now monthly because their rates are very reasonable, they're professional and timely, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I highly recommend them if you're considering hiring a cleaning company - you won't regret your decision!

Update 9/19 - Jamie and Emma cleaned the last two times and they do such an amazing job!!! The house is always spotless and they’re great at interacting with our four furr babies. Thank you for being so reliable and thorough!!

We have been using Boise Cleaning Fairy for a few months now and have been impressed! I came on here today because the two girls who came - I had not met before but they were too good not to give them a high five before they left. Thanks Chelsea & Aura - great work!!

I want to add to this review since Google won’t me write a second one. Yesterday Jamie cleaned my home and as always did a fabulous job. What made this special was her thoughtfulness. I home recovering from surgery. She cleaned the room where I’m spending most of my time first, so I could be there for the rest of the time she was cleaning. One of those above and beyond experiences. Thank you.

If you are hoping for a deep cleaning, you are looking in the wrong place. It’s a superficial surface clean, not a deep cleaning.

They use swifter mops on the floor,. After bi-weekly cleans for three months, when I mopped my floors, the water was black. I had to clean the mop constantly and mop my floors 3x to actually stop getting dirt off my floor.

My stairs were considered a deep cleaning once even though there are no baseboards, it’s just carpet. That should have been past of just cleaning (basic vacuum). Even when I took my handheld vacuum and did the stairs after their “deep cleaning” of them, my handheld filled yo with dog hair just going around the edges. Was the “deep cleaning” just a basic vacuum, eliminating the edges and sides?

I would have have to clean my shower floor after they cleaned because it still had pink residue, it was clear it wasn’t scrubbed.

I clean it 1x week and relied on them every other, but found myself cleaning after they left.

It wasn’t worth the money and every week I had a new crew. They were inconsistent on cleaning times and schedule.

One of the cleaning crew even apologized to me for not cleaning and wiping down the kitchen countertops, because she said it looked clean already. That was after reaching out to the owner showing videos and pictures of how dirty my house was after that cleaned and charged us (for a job not done at all). She did have them come back and fix it. Good for her, but unless she is there, it’s a sub-standard clean.

I would not recommend them.

Jaidynne did a wonderful job. This was my first clean since Boise Cleaning Fairy acquired Daisy Days and I’m very impressed. Far better clean, higher attention to detail and very thorough. Thank you for taking the time. I’m very happy with my service!

I will start this with the one good thing I experienced with Boise Cleaning Fairy.
The staff was very friendly and kind, and that is where it ends.

I have a new tenant moving in so I scheduled my appointment online the day before I need serves performed. There was one slot left and that was at 3pm. The morning of, I missed a phone call from Boise Cleaning Fairy and called back promptly. When I called back no one answered so I figured it was just an automated confirmation phone call.

While picking things up in my home prepping the spaces to be cleaned, I hear a knock on the front door (around 12pm). It was the staff from Boise Cleaning Fairy arriving early. When I let the 2 smiling ladies know that I had scheduled for 3pm and was not quite ready for them, they told me they were told that I had been contacted about rescheduling, which I had not been.

Being flexible I told them 2 of the 4 spaces I was intending to have cleaned were ready for them. For the first hour or so I was present and the crew appeared to be doing their job in the bathroom and kitchen.

I stepped out for lunch and when I returned I saw only one car in the driveway. I enter through the back door, expecting to still see someone in my home, but no one was there. After confirming no one was home, I walked to the window and saw the second car pulling away. I did a brief walkthrough, only to find out that they had done a marginal job at best, and I now had no one to bring it up with.

I had paid $104 for a cleaning of an empty bedroom, a fairly clean kitchen, an empty bathroom, and a living room (only a TV and Couch present).

The crew did not wipe down the fixtures in the bathroom (tub), any of the empty shelves in the living room, any of the empty shelves in the closet, wipe out the sink etc. There was some debris left on the kitchen countertops, as well as marginal sweep/mop of the kitchen floor. It appears that they did run a vacuum on the carpet, and they did clean the tub and toilet.

All and all I am pretty disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the crew showed. It makes me wonder what the 2 of them did for almost 2 hours.

I have tried calling Boise Cleaning Fairy multiple times today and have left a message. I hope I hear back from them with a remedy to this issue.

The crew always does a great job. They’ve been keeping our house fabulously clean for over 10 years. Every single person that’s been to our house has been very nice. Most of the time the duo of Jamie and Erica are at our house and they always do a marvelous job and are very efficient. I’ve never had any large concerns and any small nit-picky things have always been fully addressed. I highly recommend.

Macy and Amelia did an incredible job cleaning our house!! There is nothing better than to come home to a clean home. The stress that has been taken off my shoulders by utilizing Boise Cleaning Fairy is worth every penny!

Chelsea and Alex did an amazing job today! They deep cleaned part of our wood with lemon oil that looked fantastic. They also made up our new bed that we never asked to to do. We would love to see them again to make our house look special.

This was the cleanest our house has ever been. Great service and a great job from our two cleaning gurus!
