I have been consistently pleased with the work they do in cleaning my home. They are very organized, are quiet (no loud music) & very diligent in doing their job. My interactions with them have always been pleasant.

10/14/25 This is my 2nd review. Continue to be very pleased with their service. Kelli & Mariah have both been here before & it always to see these gals again. They quietly go about their business. I always feel comfortable leaving the house while they are working. GREAT JOB LADIES!

Payton and Kali are the best and whatever I ask them to do, they gladly do!!!!! I'm allergic to dust and also have a dog and when I only have them every other week, I'm still good, I can breathe!!! Best ever!!!

I needed a post renovation deep clean of my property and the Cleaning Authority did a great job at a price point that was affordable. One thing I liked was I could set the hours of time I needed and ascending order of priority rooms and they’d clean by priority to get the job done and contact me if they felt more was needed to ensure a professional cleaning was completed. I was able to manage cost and everyone at this company was professional, kind, and knew what they were doing. I definitely couldn’t have gotten my oven as clean as they did and quickly too. Overall, I highly recommend this cleaning service.

I am very pleased and impressed with the service I received. I’m extremely particular as to the way I clean my home. And I love cleaning!! I’ve always kept a clean and fresh tidy home.

Due to my medical issues, I decided to hire a cleaning company to help me. I chose The Cleaning Authority!! I couldn’t be happier! It has been life-changing for me to have The Cleaning Authority come twice a month to help keep up with the unending task of cleaning. I have 4 children that are currently not the best at cleaning, so I have really appreciated the TCA cleaners who come to our house & do quality cleanings of all the bathrooms, floors, window sills, vents, stove top, & even the microwave. Before they started coming, some of those things were not getting cleaned quite so frequently or being cleaned quite as well. I can better manage some of my other household chores (like laundry) now that TCA takes care of some of the cleaning tasks. Another added bonus, is that my family has been more motivated to keep their spaces clean when they know someone else is coming in to attempt to vacuum their messy floors & make their messy beds. We have appreciated the extra-special folding skills the cleaners use on our towels, toilet paper rolls, & bedding (see pictures). Our house looks clean & feels like it has gotten a fresh reset after the Cleaning Authority cleaners come.

Kayla and Kayleb cleaned for us this week and did an amazing job! My house was sparkly clean and they completed the clean in a timely manner! I highly recommend the cleaning authority!

I really wished I checked Yelp and Google first before I signed up for service with these people. The cleaning was good but way overpriced. I have a little over 1000 sq feet and it's just me living here and I paid over $400 for the "initial" clean and then $250 to have two people clean for about 90 minutes. To add insult to injury, they charged me a $150 cancellation fees. These people are all about price gouging and fees. Find a different cleaning company.

Zoila & Ash have been cleaning my house every two weeks for the past 6 months. They are timely, efficient, and honest. I truly appreciate the care they take with my home. Thank you!

Amber and Kaylee were my cleaners today. They are My week is always off to a great start after the finish. They did such a great job on the floors. I love having the Cleaning Authority clean bi-weekly. It helps me out because I find I have limited time and they are so affordable.

I often get different cleaners and many do a great job. The two women who cleaned Friday are two of the best. They were pretty thorough. I get floors , toilets and kitchen cleaning. Most of the time, I get linen changed.

The two gals who cleaned were pleasant and hard working.
Our old dated kitchen never looked better including the floor, oven and stove. The study gleamed. All the rooms they did looked great. I appreciate all their work, time and attention to details. I'm glad the Cleaning Authority came to my house.

They did an excellent job! The staff were friendly and conscientious. I have used different cleaning services for most of my adult life and these guys were some of the top I’ve ever had. We will continue using them.

The two young women who came to clean my house were friendly and professional. This was my first cleaning so they cleaned every room thoroughly rather doing the standard rotation. The first cleaning costs more. My house looked great!

The two ladies that deep cleaned our home were awesome. They're professional as well as very polite. Upon arriving they reviewed what was going to be included in the cleaning process. Lisa and Lindsey are two responsible who take pride in their work. Our home is spotless!

We've been using Cleaning Authority for about a month. Each time they have come they have done a really good job and the house looks great. They are also great with our dogs and super efficient and quick! The pricing is really fair and each cleaner who has come out has been great; we have been super pleased with Trinity, Nicole, Heaven, Maddy, & Stacy!

What a great local cleaning service here in Boise! They were on time and their employees were professional. I immediately trusted them in my home and felt comfortable enough to leave to run errands while they cleaned. When I returned my house was spotless. They were very thorough.I will be using them again to do a deep clean before the holidays!
