Boise House Cleaning Co accepted by phone that this job required full wall cleaning for extensive crayon, not “spotting.” I stated that clearly multiple times before scheduling for Thursday, October 23, 2025, because the unit must be ready by Monday, October 27.

The field team arrived and began cleaning. While they were working, the intake/office phoned to say they “don’t do full wall cleaning.” That directly contradicts the scope they had already accepted and dispatched for. At that point, I instructed the crew to stop to avoid further time loss.

This resulted in a mid-service cancellation after acceptance, zero deliverables, and a blown preparation window before my deadline. I requested a full refund for non-performance.

I previously worked in property management, responsible for turning units and hiring cleaning vendors. I know how scope, expectations, and scheduling are supposed to work. This was not a misunderstanding on my part; it was an internal breakdown between sales/intake and operations that reached my door after the job had already started.

The facts on record: scope disclosed verbally by phone and accepted; appointment set for 10/23/2025; crew on site and actively cleaning; office call reversing the scope mid-job; service not completed; refund requested.

If you require more than “spot cleaning,” be aware that a phone agreement here may not be honored once the crew is on site. I will update this review if a full refund is issued promptly.

Mechela provided exceptional service during my cleaning appointment. She was friendly, professional, and so efficient. My house has never looked this clean, and it was such a relief to come home to such a fresh environment. Mechela really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
