They rebuilt my deck and did a fantastic job. However, they had given us estimates for other services and after they finished the deck told us they were too busy to help. That, combined with slow communication (which was partially due to problems they had with their email at the time), makes me unlikely to reach back out to them again.

I have used Idaho Maintenance for several projects - big & small. Last year they put up the fence around my back yard, built a brick planter wall for my plants and bushes, and laid sod for the yard. The year prior they installed a new bathroom vanity with granite top and the sink and fixtures. Also, they corrected a very bad laminate flooring install done by another contractor and put knobs on all my kitchen cabinets. They are professional, dependable, reasonable, and get the job done right. I will continue to use ID Maintenance for all my contracting and handyman needs and highly recommend them.

I reached out to several companies to get a quote for rewaxing our VCT flooring in our shop, and Idaho Maintenance was immediately my first choice due to the professionalism and responsiveness that Admir showed. He made time to come do a walkthrough promptly and got me an estimate same day. He remained communicative throughout the process, and our floors look AMAZING! I will 100% be using IMC for all our needs moving forward.

My wife and I were looking for a part time job to help pay our bills/earn a little extra spending money. We hired them to clean our wool rugs and they came out brand new!!! Would highly recommend using them! The owner is very professional and responsive! He had great at home tips for cleaning up minor spills on the rugs as well!

We at the Idaho Botanical Garden needed help with deep cleaning our 7 bathrooms and 1 kitchen.
We contacted IMC for help as we wanted to insure a proper cleaning was done. Results were very complete. They were timely in completing the task on short notice and the job was done well. We will have them back as needed to complete the deep cleaning process here at the Garden.

We had Idaho Maintenance do a large-scale deep cleaning project for our company.

We needed to move into a newly purchased building that was left “as-is” and required a lot of cleaning. Idaho Maintenance was able to jump in and do above and beyond in a tight timeframe.

When I had a large conference meeting scheduled and the new chairs had not yet arrived, Idaho Maintenance stepped in with a two-day notice and cleaned the upholstery on 25 conference room chairs.

Just little things like this made it such a great experience for us, and we appreciate them rising to every challenge presented to them! Thorough cleaning job and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them for all your deep cleaning needs!

They did a great job cleaning my carpets on my rental property and the price was fair. They are very detailed and take their time cleaning the carpets. They have earned by business and my referrals!

Admir was very quick to respond to my inquiry about doing a residential job for me. Also worked me into his busy schedule and arrived on time and completed the job beautifully. The carpet looked and smelled amazing after he was finished. I needed some pet odor removed and hair and he did just that. Idaho Maintenance & Cleaning has been doing the office cleaning in our 45,000 sq. ft. office building for about the last year and a half. After vetting several cleaning businesses, I am happy to say that I know that I made the right decision. Anytime, I have had an issue (most issues have not been their doing), they have been very responsive and addressed it quickly. It's also refreshing that once the issue has been addressed, it is fixed and is rarely a problem that comes up again. I would definitely hire them for another property if I had one.

I was very impressed with the prompt service I received from Admir. I called to get a quote, he was out the next morning and was able to clean my carpets that same morning.
