I have had Scott from American Cleaning come and clean my carpets three times in the last year. The first time was to clean the carpet since it smelled bad in one room when I moved in ( I had not replaced the carpet from the previous owners). There were old pet stains that Scott was able to completely remove and there is no odor. Now I don't worry about my three large dogs trying to mark over the old dogs smell. Since then I have had American Cleaning back two other times for my twice a year carpet cleaning and the carpets look good enough to put off replacing for another year or two and there is still no dog odor. I highly recommend American Cleaning Service and Scott.

This cleaning company is hands-down the best I’ve seen in all of the Boise area! American Cleaning Service has been my go-to company for all my window cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard surface floor maintenance for almost 40 years, and they have never disappointed me. They always provide quality service at a reasonable price, and their service people have always been very professional in the way they go about their business. Recently, a local furniture retailer improperly installed my new refrigerator, and the leak they created caused the underlayment in the kitchen and great room floor to start buckling. Dean and the Disaster Response Team responded within an hour, and the next day, the reconstruction project started. Dean and his team worked tirelessly because they knew I had surgery scheduled toward the end of their timeline to finish reconstruction, and as I left for the hospital, they showed up with reinforcements to make sure that the work was completed before I returned home the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure all the furniture was moved back so that when I came home, I wouldn't have to worry about a thing except my recovery.

We had a bunch of carpet stains. They got all of them out, were super efficient. Great to work with, excellent customer service.

I dropped a plate of chili on my light beige carpet and was totally sick about it but then I remembered that American Cleaning Service has the best carpet cleaner in Boise so I called them the first thing the next day and told my sad story and the carpet guy came out early the next morning before we left town for the weekend. I'm sure Scott performed magic as there is no trace of the chili left on my carpet. Of course I'm beyond thrilled with the result and it didn't cost me a fortune either. I told Scott that I wished he would have take before and after pictures. to use for advertising because the result is unbelievable. I'm a happy customer forever.

I am absolutely blown away! Scott came to my hope with the expectations of a daunting task, as I warned the company ahead of time. My carpets were an absolute mess, the stains from children and pets and adults were numbering in what seemed to be the thousands. I had been told by multiple companies prior that some stains could not be lifted out or that I may as well replace the carpets. So when Scott arrived I already expected a load of excuses and explanations as to why things could not be done. Scott just smiled and said, "well, I better get to work then!" He has been in my home since 0930 this morning, it is 1200 now. He has not stopped, he has not complained, and he is absolutely dominating the job! He is currently half way through the house and it looks brand new already. My review is done during his service because it has been, and continues to be, the best that I have ever had in terms of a cleaning company. Those stains that the previous companies had worked on, gone! The hidden areas that no one really checks, squared away! Professionalism and courtesy, above reproach! I highly recommend this company and Scott for any job you may be considering. The service is amazing, the work ethic is outstanding and the results are astronomical!💪👍👍👍

Oh my word! I previously thought American Cleaning only did commercial jobs, but I’m so glad we called to inquire. Our technician just left and I am absolutely blown away by the results. We have had our upholstery and area rugs cleaned twice previously - both with terrible results. The first company who came left the rugs so wet that they mildewed, damaged our hardwoods and had to be thrown out. The second company left and you wouldn’t have even known they had been there! The technician was late, not at all knowledgeable (company later said he was brand new AND that he had been fired) and extremely ineffective. Even when they offered to come back and service the home for free, we declined. Our experience with American Cleaning was fabulous from start to finish. Booking was easy. The technician, Scott, was right on time, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and extremely polite. And the best part is that my upholstery and rugs look absolutely brand new! I had very low expectations based on previous cleaning experiences both here and in other states, but I am beyond thrilled with our results. We will never use another cleaning service and, as a realtor, I plan to recommend them to all of my clients!

My 22 year old Berber carpet looks as good as the day we installed it. It has raised 2 boys in the country and a couple of small indoor dogs. I’ve used Stanley Steamer in the past and was generally pleased with the results, but when Scott with American Cleaning Services came out, my carpet has never looked so bright and fresh. He did an amazing job pulling out years of sand and explained what he was doing. There was absolutely no residue to attract future dirt and grime. I have been putting off getting our carpets cleaned for ages because I heard what my neighbor was paying to have hers cleaned by another company and it was outrageous. But when I went into the nearby Allstate office to use their post office, I noticed a flyer for American Cleaning Service, and asked the lady helping me if she had ever used them. She proceeded to rave about Scott and what a great job he does, that he's trustworthy, and very reasonable, so I gave them a call and scheduled our carpet cleaning. Scott just left and our carpets look amazing! Like, 'we were thinking we might need new carpets and now I think we don't' kind of amazing. Scott was very professional, friendly, and hard working. He even used corner guards so the hoses wouldn't mark the corners of our walls. All this for HALF what my neighbor paid to have her carpets cleaned. We definitely won't wait so long between carpet cleanings again!
