Would give them 6 stars if I could. These guys are incredibly hard working. Their landscaping team built a beautiful paver patio in my backyard. From the people in the office to the salesman to the crew doing the work, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Pro Care!

This is the 3rd year Pro Care has serviced my trees and they are thriving, disease free, and healthy. Kelsea just deep fed all my 20 trees and many shrubs and the TLC she showed them was appreciated!! Kelsea and other employees of Pro Care are above and beyond caring people who do the right thing for their customers, rare these days. Pro Care continues to treat their employees and customers the right way. THANK YOU

I've used Pro-Care for a quite a few years for both regular lawn fertilization and tree care. No complaints about any of this. My reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they talked me into a soil aeration a couple of times. The aeration punctured some sprinkler lines in a couple of places which went undetected for a while until over the next year when the lawn became gradually spongy in a couple of places. When the sprinkler lines were blown out for the winter, a couple of geysers sprouted up to reveal the defects. You could see the defects by looking at the lines and see that the holes were very regular in shape indicating that the aeration tines had punctured them. It cost me money and inconvenience to get them fixed. My advice: use Pro-care for fertilization and weed treatment, but avoid aeration unless you are confident that your sprinkler lines are buried extra deep.

I own multiple properties and I used to perform all the landscape maintenance myself. Two of my properties developed an infestation that I was failing to properly manage. It looked as though I was losing some trees and shrubs and I had to break down and ask for help. Pro Care came highly recommended and their certified arborist truly impressed me with his depth of knowledge and professionalism. He even knew the Latin vocabulary for the plants and pests (being a medical professional with years of Latin classes, I was impressed). Anyhow, they saved my landscapes efficiently and the price was so reasonable, I had them bid for complete maintenance and my properties have never looked so good. A coworker who lives on the same block as my 4 plex asked me how I had such a beautiful yard and that it was the best in the neighborhood and I honestly had to admit I handed it over to Pro Care!
I would also like to comment that I utilized Pro Care's landscape construction services at my home last summer. I had them remove sod, add a raised berm, add a concrete border, reorient the sprinklers, install all new plants and bark in my Tuscony Villiage home with a large empty back yard. They were inexpensive and did the work promptly. Very polite hard workers that we enjoyed. I trust these guys and appreciate them. They are a well run professional company.

Pro Care did a whole remodel on our newly acquired building and the results are fantastic! From development to the final plantings, the Pro Care team did an amazing job and we are looking forward to our summer flower planting! We highly recommend Pro Care if you want the best.

They’re always on time, they give great advice and most of all, keep my grass healthy. Only giving them 4 stars because I feel they charge too much for the bug barrier when they won’t even spray the inside of my garage. Lots of companies do more for less regarding that particular service.

Liked their variation of fertilizers. However, most expensive lawn care company I’ve experienced in over 20 years. Supply and demand I guess!

Not real good at returning calls or following up on questions. I asked about some diseased trees over 6 months ago, no call back whatsoever!

Super nice people, just too busy to pay attention to detail. I guess I went with them this year hoping for the nicest lawn on the block; didn’t happen.

My wife and I had a substantial backyard landscaping project. We were ripping out trees and pouring a patio. We needed to gut what was in place, redo the sprinkler system and get concrete poured.

I was referred to Procare via a Rotarian friend. We ended up with a project manager by the name of Merlin.

Overall, the experience was very satisfying. We agreed on the work to be performed, we agreed on a schedule, and we agreed on what the end result needed to look like. I was not disappointed.

The crews were hardworking and professional. Merlin did a great job keeping the project on track and helping us stay in the loop.

We would gladly recommend them. We would and will use them again in the future.

ProCare has been taking exceptional care of my property for years. Their customer service is exceptional--very professional. Frankly, I don't know what I would do without them.

We love Pro Care! We have a small yard in the North End of Boise. We have had Pro Care lawn and tree service for 11 years. Our lawn is shady, green and weed-free. Our trees and shrubs are healthy, growing and we don't have a spider problem. They notify us when they are coming for an application and they always show up on the right day. Thank you, Pro Care.

I have been a customer of Pro-Care for several years now. Lisa was my tech today and did a great job. She helped me make an informed decision regarding some ivy that lives under a tree that was being sprayed with dormant oil. She took the time to educate me that the oil may harm some of the waxy layer of the ivy and make it more susceptible to damage.

I have always been impressed by the crew at Pro-Care and my service today helped me to know that I have made the right choice in who cares for my yard.

I have used Pro Care for several years now. They are always easy to deal with and I feel their pricing is fair. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I feel there is not feedback provided when they service the lawn. We used to get a little note saying something along the lines of "we took care of these weeds" or "we noticed that this tree has bores and here's our plan", etc. However, I would totally recommend Pro Care to anyone.

Pro Care has done our Christmas lights for the past 2 years. They do a wonderful job. Prompt, professional and courteous. Plus my lights look amazing! Highly recommend!

As water master of our HOA for over 20 years, I have been associated with ProCare Landscape Services. Did you notice I said 20 years? There's a reason we're with ProCare ... they get the job done in a professional manner. If you're looking for someone to take care of your landscaping and or large scale irrigation repairs - STOP ALREADY. These are the folks you want to have on your team.

Pro Care does the absolutely worst job in our apartment complex. They cut the grass way too long and leave chunks of grass EVERYWHERE. The cut is uneven and they do not clean up afterwards (i.e. leaf blowing sidewalks and patios). Look elsewhere for quality landscaping!!

Update: so, their guy called me back and said that priming it was my responsibility. Well, he should have tested it before leaving. If it works the first time, no problem, but I spent 2 hours trying to get it primed. It's not like I haven't done it. But it is their responsibility to test the solution to be sure it works, and it doesn't

I know you guys don't care, but why do you insist on making things worse? I have been sitting home awaiting your man's arrival. I was taking a break from mowing when I went out and saw he came and went. He did what he said he would do, but dug a hole in the yard, which I told him the other day I didn't want. He put the filler value where he said he would, but again, it won't prime. This has been a persistent problem throughout the whole process.

I am so disappointed with your service on our landscaping. The ground is not flat. You didn't bring in enough soil to fill our garden areas in front of our house. The concrete slab for our greenhouse is chipping away.

We had to sign off on all.these issues last year because your sales person told us it would be covered under the one.year warranty. So we paid it off, and now we are being told we no longer have a warranty, although the six months didn't start until September.

Please at least, get me a working irrigation system ASAP.

We have 10 acres of trees and landscaping with 156 apartments and families, and we've had other landscaping companies, and many others that still want our business. We have a big property and after seeing Pro Care do their weekly phenomenal job that they always do--- I would never let anyone else have job of caring for this beautiful property. As you can imagine, this is more than a "mow and blow" weekly job. And they are a more than "mow and blow" company. When they edge after mowing, they come back and to the delight of our residents, they blow off the patios and sidewalks and leave nothing but happy residents.

We had a new house built and we didn't know were to begin with our new yard. Dave with Pro Care listened to me and he created a great design. He is very knowledgeable about what plants work best for our yard. Gee was also great at putting in everything from creating berms, leveling the yard, sprinklers, putting in grass and plants. They were all very professional and friendly. We would recommend Pro Care to anyone! We absolutely love our new yard!!!
