Jorge and his amazing hard-working team did an outstanding job transforming our yard. They were delayed by two days of record-breaking rain and a yard full of drainage issues which they addressed to avoid future problems. Pavers, retaining wall, turf, rock, and a fountain were all installed. Our yard looks beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Their work ethic, communication, and attention to detail were excellent. We can’t say enough about this outstanding landscape company.

I contacted Jorge at Mr Chipp to grade my back yard, install sprinklers in front and back, and put sod in the back. He was quick to come out and able to give me a quote. Standard half down to book the project and he was able to get my project scheduled once the weather was warm enough for it. They were quick and efficient and able to get the entire thing done in two days. The quality of the work is amazing and the sod is growing in nice. I would highly recommend Mr Chipp to anyone needing landscaping work.

I'd really like to point out communication was phenomenal, if there was a question they had they never assumed, instead they found me and asked how we wanted things done.

We recently had new sod installed by Mr. Chipp and his crew, and the entire experience was outstanding. George was extremely professional throughout the process, and his team’s workmanship was excellent. They were very flexible with scheduling—patiently waiting for our yard remodel to be completed—and still found a way to fit us in without any issues.

We had a big project with our back yard This was new construction with just dirt as our starting point. Additionally, we were still living in another location and unable to have in person discussions with Mr. Chip Landscaping team. Our finished back yard exceeded expectations Jorge stayed in contact with us for the duration of our installation. Sending updated pictures, videos and recommending changes to our plan as he identified issues. Our project was completed on budget and timeline we agreed to. There were a couple of small issues we discovered later on and Mr. Chipp team immediately responded to address them. Jorge always responded to our questions and their customer service is exceptional. Everyone who sees our backyard comments on the quality of their work. Would definitely recommend Mr. Chipp for any landscaping projects.

We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the job. They provided in-person patio and garden design. The step by step job application to be completed was described in detail. Our entire yard had to be re-graded to include moving and capping sprinkler system. They installed a patio with a fire pit as well as walking paths all in paving stones, all while performing every step and task promised. They started when they said they would and the work crew showed up to work hard and diligently. We made a change to the design after they started which they accepted without a blink. It was a real treat to work with a company that put “US” first, especially after so many others let us down in so many ways. Thank you Hanna and Shane, you have built a business that produces a quality product while putting the customers first. Job exceptionally done.

Owner Shane and his team did a fantastic job replacing our 35 year old concrete driveway and front steps with Dublin Cobble pavers.
They did it on bid, on budget, on time.
We really liked the way they used a poured concrete footing to underlay and reinforce the edges, without the concrete showing at all.
The whole installation is attractive and clearly engineered to last!
Shane is a great communicator and was always timely in his response to our emails and calls.

We had Mountain Hardscape Systems add a new patio and walkway for us. We have been told by many craftsmen that it is the best job that they have seen in Idaho. We agree and are very pleased with the quality & design of it. Shane helped us decide which colors & design would work best with our yard & house color. He & his workers were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and cleaned the site at the end of each day. The job was completed when they projected it would be. Hired Mountain Hardscapes in 2017 to install a patio walkway, round patio, and bench. The work was done on time with no issues. The team did a great job and we were and still are very happy with the patio system. Would highly recommend.

Mountain Hardscape Systems installed a large patio, walkways, and landscape borders in our back yard. Shane helped us select the design and materials and the installation crew did a nice job.

Unfortunately, there is now an area of the walkway where the tiles are separating. I was concerned that this would only get worse so I called Shane who picked up the phone right away. Shane promised to come out and look at the problem in the next week or two. He never did. I have called him again several times over the last two months but he has never picked up the phone or returned any of the polite voice messages that I left for him.

I will now be forced to hire someone else to fix the problem that Mountain Hardscape Systems left for me.

I would recommend Mountain Hardscape Systems because Shane answered our many questions in a timely manner, came to our house several times to discuss options, and picked up and dropped off different sets of pavers for us to try out. His crew cleaned up the mess after the job was done and gave us extra pavers for any future accidents. They understand patio longevity so much that instead of just normally setting the pavers, they pour a concrete curb around the external pavers to avoid shifting. Caring about how our patio looks years from now is what set them apart from the competition, even if they happen to be slightly more expensive.

They started the project when promised. They were here constantly until it was mostly done. Any unplanned expense (or add on from us) was explained and the extra cost was stated. At the end of the project our cost was within our expectation (although we anticipate about 10-15% cushion for whatevers).
