Trevor did a great job at explaining to me every step of the process. He kept me well informed and was very pleasant to work with. I received a courteous call letting me know he was on his way, which I appreciated very much. Service was top notch! I will definitely use Express again in the future.

More expensive than anticipated. It had been a very long time since our tank had been pumped but the price still surprised me. The tech did have to do a lot of work to get to the septic tank access hole. He really did a good job of explaining everything. Probably sticker shock, but I'm guessing any other company would have charged a similar rate. Very satisfied with the results.

They cleaned out our septic tank. They came on time, when they said they would be here. Money was quoted and they kept to their quote, no hidden fees or surprises. Did a wonderful job, very respectful to property and us. Fully answered any questions we had. Great service and pleased with everyone we talked with, the office staff and the worker who came on site to pump out our septic tank. Will call on them again. 100% satisfied with this company, recommend to others!

Called at 7am the morning explained our septic system was starting to back up. Emily took the call and was the most professional and receptive person I have dealt with in a long time. She said she would try and get us on the schedule by early afternoon. Less than an hour later she called and said they would be out in the morning. An hour later Mike called and said he was on his way. He did a fantastic job explained everything he did and had a great personality and his customer service was impeccable. I would 100 % recommend Express Septic Pumping.

Trevor came out and serviced our septic and he was awesome! Very professional. He talked highly of his company he worked for. He explained in depth about what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient and left us feeling confident in a job well done! Hard worker very friendly. Great Company the best in Idaho!!

These guys did an amazing job and the service was fast. Very friendly and informative, I made the mistake of not doing proper maintenance on my septic tank and they definitely educated me on how to get the most out of my system by doing regular maintenance. Thank you again

These guys always do a good job and know what to do and where to find the septic,

my only complaint is I feel like They try to add more charges to the bill than what is quoted over the phone, which turns into a back-and-forth with the technician, other than that they are reliable ! !

Same Day Service, you don't get that everyday but we did. We attempted to retain service from another company, but they canceled on us 3x in 3 weeks. We weren't in an urgent need,just landscaping around the lid/tank and didn't want to worry about any pumping in the near future.
I placed a call, Marisol (sp) who was extremely pleasant during our conversation and informed me that she could have a technician out by end of day.
Technician Toby arrived as promised and attempted to go straight to work, but I had questions and he made eye contact (friends of mine will tell you "its 30 min you will never get back") but Toby took the time to make sure he answered all my questions as this was my first septic system.
All in all this company is professional, courtesy and delivered as promised. will use again when the time comes.

Kevin was prompt and communicated well. He was professional and actually really enjoyable to have a conversation with. He came in and got right to business got the job done very quickly and made recommendations for future maintenance. We will definitely call Express for our future septic needs.

Fast friendly service, great communication via text and phone. Had a 1000 gallon septic tank cleaned and inspected. The crew that came out were friendly and professional. I recommend using them to routine clean your septic tanks.

As the work began, Jason ran into an issue with our septic tank, & he handled it with professionalism & took great care of us without taking advantage of making more money than necessary with the unexpected issue.

I had a great experience! Had Jeff come and pump my septic tank, he was helpful, kind and most important knowledgeable. He had some advice about adding enzymes to the system which he offered but I felt no pressure to purchase them right then and there. I will be definitely be using them again!

I Highly recommend Express Septic Pumping. I had an appointment set up with them, then on the day of the appointment they had several challenges arise that would have required the appointment to be postponed. But, they went above and beyond all expectations and were still able to get me taken care of that day. It's getting pretty hard to find that good of customer service. Also, I had called a couple of other places first and was given a ball park of a month away for an appointment. Express was able to schedule me in, in less then a week. They will definitely be my first call next time.

Did a great job. Was a bit more expensive than I had planned. Work was 5 star. I was not happy with the cost. Originally was $389.00 , then $150.00 to break the crust , and then bought a box of enzymes for treatment of the sewer system . Total $620.98

Quick appointment within 24 hrs. The service tech Isaiah was friendly and did a great job. My only complaint is that we were not told of a 3% service fee for using a credit card. Would have paid with a check if we had known. Didn’t see charge until we got our email receipt.
